I am totally fed up from your bike and services as well. after second service engine had some problemsl. i being to your service centre somany times, but the problem remains same . last month i visited perinthalmanna service centre (Mera Mobike, Aysha Complex, Calicut Road Perinthalmanna. phone :[protected], [protected]. ) on as well.
I handed over my bike for servicing on[protected] and ask me to take back my bike at 5 PM on next day. when I went for delivary the service manager said that some it is not completed they have no parts avialable then he told me please come tomorrow I will replaced. again I went next day but my bike not ready and replied that parts is not available please come after two days. after two days I contacted him but same reply now its one and half month the bike not ready...now i am totally fed up with your service.
There are not borthered about customer service, If we give our bike for service they won't do proper service at first time, again we need to visit more than two times for services regarding same issue. And they will not behave properly if the customer. So please look in to this issue on the service centre. Or this will be escalated to higher level. Please it's my humble request.
i need new bike else i will go to consumer court straightaway. i have full insurance as well. Was this information helpful? |
