I have booked Gusto two wheeler, and I haven't taken the bike due to personal reasons. But I haven't got my advance back till now. It's been more than one and half years, and i have visited the showroom multiple times, but when ever i visit, the guy who booked is now saying my owner is not there. So i wanted to escalate this issue.
I have given 2000/- during the booking., and he confirmed that, in case if we don't take the bike, he will return the entire amount of 2000/- . But now he is trying to escape by saying owner is not available. Was this information helpful? |
