Dear Sir,
Regarding to subject I was bring new Mahindra Gusto moped on dated Feb-2015 on the name of Santosh Jadhav. I bought moped from at Aurangabad Showroom dealer detail as M/s Hera Tractors. I was completing so many time about my moped handle not moving properly. It’s not working properly and vibrating handle side.

I was so many times visited to dealer for above mention issues, but they didn’t work on that issue. At present my moped is in warranty period but dealer was charge me labor charges for my handle issue. They were charges detail as an Invoice number CINV-TWDH[protected] Rs. 700/- (Seven Hundred Rupees). At present still I am facing that handle issue and vibrating handle.
As above mention issues we suffering health issue. After driving moped my shoulder muscles are pain started.
Before taking any legal proceeding I am informing company. I hope you will properly guide us process of warranty part and solving my issue and refunding my charges.
