Sir, I have purchased Mahidra Guesto vechicle on 31.07.2015 f rom M/s Shrishail Motors, P.B Road, Hubli. I have paid full amount in cash for on road price including spares, temporary and permanent passing of vehicle at RTO.
I experienced the following problems with the dealer.
1. on 31.07.2015 when I went with the vehicle to home I found that, vehicle remote key is not working properly and side lock key is also not working. I rushed to shown room duly travelling more than eight KMs and got it repaired. Before delivery of the vehicle they should have checked and ensured the pre-delivery checks.
2. I have paid the full amount of the purchase in cash. But hypothecation charges were included in the on road price. When I have noticed and asked for refund. Then they have refunded. I surprise how they included hypothecation charges on cash purchase.
3.During purchase itself they have took amount for accessories. Till now they have not fitted the accessories to my vehicle stating that accessories are not yet received the company.
4. During the purchase they have taken amount for temporary and permanent passing of vehicle at RTO office. I have got temporary passing certificate. I am asking repeatedly for permanent passing since fifteen days. I have handed over the vehicle on 03.09.2015 on their advice for permanent passing of vehicle. Even after two days, my vehicle is with them only and I am facing problems for transportation. When I enquired they are casually telling that, vehicle passing will be done on Monday ie., on 07.08.2015.
By paying full amount on road price in cash. I am not utilize my vehicle properly thereby I am loosing amount on rented vehicle. Also I am harassed mentally on this issue.
Your immediate action on this issue is appreciated. I want to know when my vehicle will be given back to me.
