Mahindra Two Wheelers — stops automatically after few kilometer

After running on road for few kilometers about 5-10 km, it gets stops automatically and doesn't start whatever you try either self start or kick start. I have to wait for about half an hour to get it started once again.
I had told every time to the staff at service center about this problem but they never bother about this.
Due to this problem and distrust, it has run only 3000 km in 2.5 years.
It requested to please take this scooty returned and refund.
