Mahindra Two Wheelers — very poor & care less service from lakhia automobiles ahmedabad

Respected sir,
I am Mahesh Bhavsar. i was service my scooter on 26.04.19 through Lakhia automobiles and today 30.04.19 on 10:30 am, i am on the way on my scooter & suddenly my scooter's rear wheel is out from my scooter & run on road and i fallen down on the road and city bus also break suddenly which run behind me on road & fortunately save my life otherwise today is my last day on earth because of care less & very poor service by Lakhia Automobiles.
I attached herewith the copy of service bill dtd. 26.04.19
i request you please take strict action against Lakhia Automobiles Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. & save other people's lives.
