Shame on you guys for selling defective scooters and backed by Non-Existant Service. I bought a Mahindra Flyte bearing No: WB07C 1773 in August 2009, I have done around 5000KM till date. From day one the scooter has plagued me with problems. Mileage has never been more than 25km/Ltr. Off late the scooter stalls and then switches off with petrol gushing out. I have been to the Service center in Kolkata, Mexx World on three occasions since 8th August 2015, but they only charge heavily and the problem still persists. Billing is cooked up and false. On confronting them, they remain mum. I have written to Mahindra two wheelers manager Vinay K Nigam as I was asked to. Inspite of reminders he too remains silent. The dealership's only solution is "Why Don't you exchange your flyte for a new one". They claim the company does not send spares.
As for my scooters problem, it appears from this complaint board, that most Mahindra scooters suffer with the same problem. Incidentally I also own a 1990 Kinetic Honda which is still growing strong. I wish Kinetic were still making scooters. Think a million times before you buy a Mahindra Scooters. I hope Mr Anand Mahindra and his team do the needful to solve my problem.
