I dont know whether should i call you dear? but your duro has cost me dearly.
I have purchased this vehicle from Nagpur in Aug 2011 and till date drove 11035 kms only.
Initially the mileage was low (around 35) later on it started wobbling, and frequent stopping. I went to your authorised service center (Nangia Automobile Dhantoli), they are the worst service center on planet.
Sir, if Anand Mahindra loves to make tractor, then let him do so. Why screw the customer? You must admit that Mahindra dont know how to make two wheelers. As I am writing this complaint, my Duro is at Nangia Motors whose gunda managers dont even talk nicely. If you go to a doctor wont you ask why this happened to you? and how can you avoid the same in future?. The service center wont simply tell me the cause! Is this how you care about a customer? I am sure if this is going to be the attitude of Mahindra...then not RISE...but FALL is certain.
