Make india is the worst travel agency i have ever come across. Pulkit the regional manager for himachal & north, was a terrible travel co-ordinator to have. Non-cooperative, shrud & foul mouthed

We had planned & done our bookings 3 months before the trip and made the payments according to terms but to our surprise, neither our travel arrangements nor the hotel bookings were done till we reached the destination.

In one of the instance, on our way to jim corbett, the vehicle driver had stranded us in mid of nainital jungle just to inform us that we have to make payment for vehicle from our pocket or else take our own way. When contacted pulkit and his boss shukla, they did not cooperative, used foul languages and latter did not attend our call.

We were been told & confirmed booking for one hotel by this travel agent and on reaching our destination we received hotel confirmation voucher for some different hotel.

However, in each of the hotels for which we had the confirmation vouchers from the travel agents, we are been told we cannot check in because the payment is not made to them by the travel agent..

This agency is a very big fraud. They just spoiled our vacation and the stress we felt was unbearable.

Anyone planning vacation with these guys please do not do it as they will spoil your entire vacation..

There is no coordination between cab driver and company. I was continuously harassed by cab driver regarding his payment issue with the company. He would stop the cab midway and ask me to call the travel agent and force him to pay driver his dues. This was continuously done by him through out the tour. Make India Journey's customers service or the sales person or the owner, no one was bothered. They just gave false assurances.

On second last day of my trip, when I was about to leave for manali sightseeing, driver went for his personal work and didn't returned. He asked me to do sightseeing on my own as his dues were not settled. I hired an activa and did sightseeing paying from my own pocket although it was included in the package. Last day on my way to manali, driver again stopped the cab at sundernagar and asked me to call travel agent and get his dues settled or else he would not got to delhi. Finally the agent clearedhis dues and he dropped me to delhi, that too short off my destination.

Overall a very company to deal with. Never ever book a package with this people or you will regret.

Kindly dont make any booking via make india journey (Mij).

I booked my travel through make india journey and paid as they told in advance. They given me that hotel which was not in package (Booked hotel him regency and stayed in hotel rr villa). Hotel rr villa is not bad but not as per booking.

For rohtang pass visit it cost us 18000 which was not mentioned in mail. Also we went by our own cab.

Their sales executive nidhi saxena, manager ramendra shukla was not picked up phone for any clarifications. Their other manager mr. Pulkit's behavior was very unprofessional when complained about our package, he told us to cancel the package and ask drivers to come back from manali.

The sales person (Nidhi saxena) will lure you initially with good pricing and facilities, however once you book with them and pay the entire amount, their behavior will change and won’t be ready to change your itinerary or hotel or transfers.

Plz give many thoughts before dealing with this pathetic travel agent...

I am attaching same mail which was written to Pulkit 5 days back but have not got any revert from their end till date.

Firstly as informed you several times during our trip that the driver provided by you was very stubborn he was not at all cooperative, but no action was taken from your end only false commitments were given that drive will be changed but nothing was done till end of our journey we were forced to stick with same driver.

Your company had provided me booking for AC Innova but driver said he has got booking for non AC even after several request he was not ready to switch AC because of which my child got fever, this all happened because of your irresponsibility & negligence. Same was informed u many times by me (through calls & SMS) but nothing was done from your end. My whole Kashmir trip got spoiled as my child got fever because of your rude driver. He was not ready to listen to anything. Out of our four days of cab usage 3 days AC was kept off by driver and on 4th day only for 2-3 hours AC was switched on by driver.

My package included Sonmurg, Gulmurg & local site seeing but he refused we were forced to beg in front of him for site seeing, all this was informed to you & even your representative Mr Muzamil in Srinagar but nothing got changed.

Secondly your marketing executive Mr Krishna at time of booking & advance payments he called me atleast 15 times a day but during our trip when we were facing problems he was the first person to whom we can call & inform but he never picked his phone to answer our call ( this was also told to you by me) this shows the kind of responsibility your representatives take for customer.

Thirdly we were given booking of Honolulu house boat but we were accommodated in some other pathetic house boat which had no door latch, no bathroom latch, no water in wash room, no fan is this is the kind of booking you provide to your customers ?

I had not done any kind of negotiation at time of booking. I just agreed on the package amount given by Mr Krishna then why such worst service was provided

I am not going to pay for the services which were not provided by you
1 - AC was kept off by driver in entire trip so why should I pay for AC cab
2 - House boat was not provided as mentioned in my package.

I never like to hold anyone's payment but this time I am forced because of your negligence & irresponsibility.

Please let me know the final amount so that same will be transferred by me in your account

This is for all the travellers - never ever take any deal from this travel agent.

They first lure you by calling time & again & then by offering you a discounted package. Then they ask you to deposit rs1000/- as booking amount immediately without giving you any time to think over it. And if you dont deposit, then their untrained & highly rude employee khushboo send you an unsolicited sms that you have wasted their time.

Plz give many thoughts before dealing with this pathetic travel agent.

2. Today no cab provided at 9 am for delhi sightseeing which was mentioned mail.

3. Driver taken full amount yesterday and said he will come to Maria but ran away today to nanital saying other driver will come and even not communicated, we were outside hotel after checkout for 2 hours waiting for driver

Just think on this and act accordingly to fullfill our money loss around 6000 and refund us if any humanity is there in make india journey.just think as human.

I booked my travel through make India journey and paid as they told in advance. They given me that hotel which was not in package. Water problem in hotel. Gutter water coming in hotel and smelling. I complained to hotel staff then they told that gutter near to tank is full that's why water is mixed. Taxi not provided for which I paid I.e Swift dezire but they give me alto car. They promise me for Volvo semi sleeper and charged for same but they provide me normal seating Volvo bus. In whole trip they cheated me. Please help me and take action for them.

These people are a big fraud. If you make payment then you are tackled in their webs and cant do anything.
# hotels offered are horrible & pathetic. They claim a single star hotel as 3 star. (I dont know whether they have even travelled somewhere in a 3/4/5 stared hotel.). Initially they will give booking for good hotel & they will change your hotel booking at last hour and put you into some bad hotel. Where you dont even have water facility. You cant do anything after you have given full money, if you want to change anything they will make you pay extra.
# itinerary provided by them is waste and unreal. They will never comply to it. Simply a waste of money / time.
# mr. Amit / mr. Pulkith / mr. Shukla will be in picture all time after your booking & payment is done and will be rude all time as you would have already given the money and cant talk too much. You have to do things told by them and pay more money.
# we had travel plan of shimla, manali, delhi & agra.
In shimla hotel was booked 60 kms away from city. We left delhi at 12 at noon and could reach hotel in shimla at night 2.30.
Manala hotel was shifted at last moment and other hotel allotted was horrible. Rooms, food was unclean and unhygienic. No water to bath also.
# quality of vehicle given are not good. It will have some or other problem or sure. We wasted one complete day coz of that. In delhi a/c will not work in vehicle but in itinerary they tell that a/c works in delhi but not in hill station.
# hotels provided are worst.
# they have 24 hours help line which again mr. Pulkit will receive. 24 hours is name sake most of the time they wont receive your call.
# overall they are very horrible trip organisers. Request all not to waste money with them. If you spend another 5000 more you will get other travel agents who are best in class.

The sales person will lure you initially with good pricing and facilities, However once you book with them and pay the entire amount, Their behavior will change and won’t be ready to change your Itinerary or hotel or transfers (anything you wish to change) and will keep asking for money (pulkit) every time. Their hotels are not confirmed at times and when you reach the venue the hotel staff will ask you to wait and then they will call them and verify things before letting you in the hotel. The entire service and process is pathetic even though you might have booked 3 months before and done the initial payment and entire payment before the tour begins. They will ask to co-ordinate with some Pulkit Khurana, who is really an person and will never ever listen to you and will keep asking money at every stage, even the driver asks for money and when you ask him the reason, he will say that the agency (Pulkit) has asked to take from you as you have not done the complete payment. I have never faced such a crook like Pulkit. So my experience and suggestion is you book directly through various sites such as Yatra / Viacom / Ezeego / Make my trip etc or if you know someone directly or book online directly on the hotel website. The hotel provided by MIJ are either poor or very far in the remote location (you will find difficulty in locating and reaching the hotels or the hotels are newly developed and they want to market their hotels). Ensure that you speak to the hotels before you leave, Take their complete contact details with address otherwise you will simply keep travelling and wasting your entire time in journey rather enjoying sightseen. Their driver will keep saying “Wahan Kuch nahi hai” and will minimize your sightseen

Make India Journey a delhi based tour company

Never go with this company.Once they receive your payment they will change hotel without informing you and after that they will not give any kind of response and never refund your payment and if you want to cancel that tour that will show hidden company policy and you will not return any single penny refund.Also they will ask 20% payment firstly and once you pay that they will change their own payment terms and ask 50 % insted of 30 % and said that if you fail to pay then they will not resposible for hotel booking.Staff was very rude and clerk Ramendra Shukla said that he is owner and sales team communicate verbally and make false promises and ramendra ask written mail .If you want any information kindly call me on [protected] ( shaishav ramavat )
