Make India Journey — Worst service and customer care not responding

I booked my travel through make India journey and paid as they told in advance. They given me that hotel which was not in package. Water problem in hotel. Gutter water coming in hotel and smelling. I complained to hotel staff then they told that gutter near to tank is full that's why water is mixed. Taxi not provided for which I paid I.e Swift dezire but they give me alto car. They promise me for Volvo semi sleeper and charged for same but they provide me normal seating Volvo bus. In whole trip they cheated me. Please help me and take action for them.

The fraud people are mixed together with this make India journey company.the customer care people will never responded.and they changed Innova vehicle charges and provide us xylo with all mechanical problem, and hotel booking are in outskirts, if you asked them they will argue with you and you have to go with those rude people even though they rudely behaving you when you have paid a lot I. Advance. Our journey is called a journey to die with a vehicle which is a big issue and luckily we alive and back due to our luck.
This tour travel agent should be closed who is playing with your Life.
