Make My Trip — Did not get my money back deducted for failed transaction

Dear Sir, I have booked my flight ticket through Make My Trip.com ( mail id : www.makemytrip.com) Booking dated : 09/10/14. Time: 01:55Am Date of Travel : 03/11/14 ECoupon Applied - MMT200 Flight Detail : Air India AI-806 Mode Of Payment.: Kotak Credit Card But the booking was fail and amount has been deducted from my credit card account. I have already e-mailed them for this query and they have given me a reference ID[protected] for my query. But no response after that. Its already been 5 day to fire a complaint to them over email.
