I made a booking through Make my trip with full payment. When my parents reach to property then receptionist did not allow for check in. They was asking for vaccination. But before the check in when my parents reach to hotel one of the hotel staff already informed that if you have made the full payment they will not allow you for check in.

and the same property is allowing for check in at the same time without any vaccination, without any RT PCR, if we are paying in cash.

now I am not even getting any refund for my booking.

Currently I am travelling out of country so it is not possible to make a call from my Registered mobile no. my alternative contact no. is +[protected]. My booking details has been attached.

I booked a room but the Hotel denied the check-in as I was stayed there earlier. What was the reason that for. While I was visiting with my husband. I don't think so there should be an issue. But they said No! We can't check-in and no refund for the same.

    I have booked direct flight from patna to bangalore to travel on[protected]. but they have reschedule this travel with below details.

    how they can reschedule this travel without customer confirmation.

      I was booking a flight from New Delhi to Bangalore for 2 adults on Aug 16, 12:30 PM IST. The amount of 15440 has been deducted from my account but i didn't receive the tickets. Please let me know if the amount shall be credited back automatically in my account

          I had booked the ticket for 20 August 2021 on 15 July 2021 but I got the call from MMT agent cancelling my ticket and process the refund without providing me any detail or any option and cut the call immediately. since then I am continuously trying to contact the MMT but have not been able to contact them. I have called more than 50 times but nobody answering the phone and the call got disconnected.
          When I raised the concern with go air Airlinr they told me that your travel agent told us that you chose to cancel the ticket which is completely wrong and it is not a good thing to manipulate the customer.
          I have faced the same situation in July month also.
          I booked the ticket on 15th July and it cost me approx 3000 and now if I book another ticket in another airline it will cost me approx 6500/- while I would be receiving the refund of Rs. 3000/-. So why would I have to bear this expenditure for your fault?
          Kindly contact me as soon as possible and shift my journey or book a ticket to any other airline either on the same day (20.08.2021) or at max the next day (21.08.2021).

          Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. otherwise, I will be forced to register a complaint to higher authorities or the govt. officials and will take legal action if required. you cannot make us fool again and again.
          Let me make this thing crystal clear that I have neither given my permission to cancel my ticket nor I have cancelled my ticket so please look into this at the earliest as I have to go to Jaipur as scheduled.

            I had booked plane ticket from madurai to Mumbai and a taxi from Mumbai airport to thane for which MakeMyTrip had deducted the charges. Now after arriving to airport your taxi with meri cabs did not arrive and they said there is no taxi available so I should cancel the ride. They were not ready to arrange any taxi and adviced me to complain to MakeMyTrip as it was not their problem.
            I tried to cancel the trip but your aap was not allowing me to do the same and in few minutes your app was showing that my ride is completed without providing any service.
            I fail to understand when the bookings were made two days prior and you had debited the money why there was no taxi provided.
            Why there is no support from your team when there is no service and we are stuck in a new place.
            I want my money to be returned immediately with a written reply why my taxi had not arrived.

                I have booked online cab service from Bangalore airport to to my hotel within Bangalore city
                No cab was provided to me on 13 th August at 6 pm
                No driver details or cab details was provided to me at the stipulated time
                I took my own cab
                Looking for my refund

                And ironically I have recived the receipt from mega cabs

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  This is in reference to an airline ticket booked through MakeMyTrip mobile application dated 06 Aug, 2021, reference Booking ID:- NF[protected]. The ticket is booked for 2 Pax from the list of passengers name stored in the database of Makemytrip application. To our surprise we found one the passenger name reflecting in the ticket shows Salutation "Mrs" in First Name.

                  On the same date 06 Aug, 2021 at 111:18 AM, we have raised a concern for Name change. However, it took them 24Hrs(next day 06 Aug, 2021) to call me back without any resolution stating that the timeline for free cancellation of the ticket is over. This is completely ridiculous statement and poor customer service from Makemytrip team. I have all the relevant call recordings for the conversations with Makemytrip team. In one of my conversation I have been assured by Mr. Vishal Kumar(supervisor) that the concern has been escalated to the technical deepartment for checking of time stamp regarding raising of Name change request and the call back done by the Makemytrip team.

                  Post this until today 14 Aug, 2021, I haven't received any call back nor they have the courtesy to keep their customer informed about the progress on the escalated concern. Finding no response I connected with Makemy trip customer care on [protected], Ms. Pallavi(supervisor) after wasting about 30 minutes of time over the call, was unable to provide any resolution except the mundane protocol speech that "our team is currently investigatiing the concern and they needs more time".

                  The support provided by the Makemytrip customer service team was so pathetic and beyond my words to comprehend the amount of anguish it has caused me during my conversation with them explaining my simple concern for a resolution. I believe had they contacted me back on realtime basis, the issue would have been resolved on day 1 itself.

                  Now with every passing day the cost of booking new airline ticket are increasing rapidly. Hence I look forward to a prompt response with a quick resolution of arranging new ticket for 2 pax on the same day of travel for the same destination.

                  Note: All relevant recordings of the interaction with Makemytrip team can be provided as and when required to substantiate my concern.

                    I had a flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 12th august 2021 (PNR TISBYF, and a flight from ahmedabad to Kolkata on 13th August 2021 (PNR FFWZSL). When I web checked in on 11th August 2021, I paid Rs 150 for the PNR TISBYF and Rs 150 for PNR FFWZSL, for getting preferred seats. However, the invoices generated by makemytrip does not reflect this Rs 150 seat charge, on both the invoices for the 2 flights. I requested Makemytrip (request id:[protected] for the updated invoices on 11th August 2021. the customer service executive assured me that someone will get back to me within 24-48 hours. But till date, neither has anyone contacted me, nor have I received the updated invoices with the seat charges being reflected.

                      Hi,
                      I have booked a flight with GoAir to travel from Bangalore to Kolkata on 27th July and return on 2nd August. Goair due to some operational issues cancelled the flight of 27th July and a full refund was given to MMT since I booked through them. In MMT, when I tried to check for the refund there is no flight mentioned for 27th July in my booking id NF[protected] and hence am not able to cancel the flight and claim the refund.

                      Moreover, there is no way to speak to any MMT customer care executive and explain that if the ticket for 27th July appears on app/website I will be able to cancel to get refund. All the numbers mention we need to use app and in app my ticket of 27th July is not shown.

                      I have received email from GoAir that amount of Rs 5, 203 has been refunded to MMT.

                      Please help in getting refund of Rs 5, 203 to my account. Attaching the below documents -
                      1. Email of Goair confirming on refund amount of Rs 5, 203.
                      2. MMT ticket for 27th July and return

                        For booking ID NN[protected], tickets booked in February 2020, and cancelled owing to COVID 19.
                        Air france (the airlines) has issued two fully refundable vouchers. But Makemytrip, our booking agent initially denied the refund, then made deductions, and has withheld the refund under the disguise of payment gateway not working.

                        There is no way to reach out to makemytrip customer care- as their support services are all non functional, no mechanism to register our grievance with them, no email id where we can report the issue, no phone number where we can speak to a representative.

                        its been more than a month since we have been trying to retrieve the refund amount of Rs 25408.

                          i booked a ticket from make my trip ( indian air lines) .
                          This ticket was cancelled by air india & they refunded amount to make my trip .
                          But make my trip not giving amount to us.

                          1. No customer care system working - make my trip
                          2. No e mail id rely - make my trip
                          3. No working emails available on website- make my trip
                          4. Ceo email id is also not working - make my trip

                          still they booking tickets by their app and making money .

                          But without customer care how they working?

                          daily so many peoples booking through them, but in case of failure they cannot contact make my trip .

                          I am trying from 7 months with this issue but never make my trip replies my mails or phone .

                            The incident with make my trip ticket i booked for my family from Bangalore to Imphal on the 13/08/2021.
                            Amount of Rs.30000 was deducted without any confirmed ticket or issuing ticket or PNR number.

                              On 11th of August I have booked an appartment PNR [protected] & Booking Id NH[protected]. After the booking the concerned person was not picking up the call for an hour. I have to face a huge trouble for finding the house. The house was extremely dirty & smelly. The kitchen was not at all cleaned. The moment we entered the house keeping guy told me that he is going to stay with us. That was very disappointed. I left the house immediately. I want the full refund.

                                Hotel room Booking reservation confirmed by Makemytrip.com and the payment Rs. 2, 763/- was paid by us thro card.
                                We have reached the hotel on time and we have shocked it was closed.
                                Then we have contacted the Hotel / property authority Mr. Anil - who said that,
                                "THE PROPERTY WAS CLOSED - NOT YET OPEN AFTER LOCKDOWN" - IT WAS NOT INFORMED BY MAKEMY TRIP.

                                Also Mr. Anil refunded us Rs. 2, 172.00 ONLY to us. So, you are requested to REFUND the short / balance
                                amount Rs.591.00 immediately to us.

                                  PNR: MK6Y6Z(24/07) ; PNR: PJ91PC(26/07) ; My Outbound flight was cancelled by Indigo. I got confirmation from Indigo that Full Refund paid to MakeMyTrip but MakeMyTrip not given full refund to us. Sent few emails and contacted customer support but no response as of now. Worst
                                  I expect to receive full refund from Indigo without any deductions.

                                    Dear Sir

                                    Reference to the subject matter, we have booked the tour for our 25 th Anniversary details - BOOKING ID NL[protected] with great difficulty, but due to this worldwide corona issue - tour spots are closed, flights cancelled, hence trip cancelled from make my trip.

                                    This being universal problem, which none o[censored]s have expected this situation and moreover this is the first trip which we have planned on the occasion of our 25th anniversary to make it memorable and we have chosen make my trip which is a trusted and no.1 travel site.

                                    The amount which we have paid is with great difficulty by keeping all our savings since long and our amount is blocked for more than ten months and reply received from your end stating that we will get a refund of 60% of what we paid, which is not acceptable .

                                    Pls do consider and revert back by considering ours as a special case and issue refund to the maximum of 95% as there is no fault of mine. .

                                    This would be a great help and thanks in advance.

                                      Travel date: 7 May 2020.Bangalore to UK, Airfrance

                                      Due to covid flight was not operational and got information that ticket will be as open state during 2020.
                                      And due to continued Covid19 it was not possible to travel and I got information from Airfrance refund is possible and I need to contact MMT.

                                      With frequent call or mails I did not get proper support from MMT.

                                      Since I got confirmation from Airfrance as it will be refunded I did cancel request in online MMT.
                                      Now I get message from MMT as zero refund.

                                      This is not fair way of supporting customers in this situation.

                                      Either I get full refund or keep the tickets as open.
