I booked an IndiGo flight (PNR: S58TGF, Booking ID: NF7AJRHE[protected]) from Dehradun to Bhubaneswar on 31 March 2026. The flight was cancelled by the airline. MakeMyTrip has received the refund of ₹7181 from IndiGo, but they are not transferring it to me. I have called customer care many times — they keep hanging up. I also emailed the Grievance Officer but got no response. It has been many days and they are delaying my money without any reason. Please help me get my refund. Was this information helpful? MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I have received no response on email, phone calls are being disconnected, and now even after this public complaint there is complete silence. This is highly unprofessional. It has been more than one month but I have still not received my ?8006 refund. IndiGo has already processed the refund (Request ID: B2B[protected]AM[protected]af) but MakeMyTrip is not releasing my money. I keep getting no proper response. Please take strict action.
