Below is the email from GoAir (GoFirst) for confirmation of refund of Rs:2089 for my cancelled flight (PNR F92L6T Booking Id: NF[protected]) by airline. My I know when the amount will be credited to my account by makemytrip. I have contacted makemytrip, but I am not getting response for the same, so I am writing this email.

I made this booking through your website (makemytrip.com). Attached is the ticket & invoice from makemytrip.

Please action on the refund process or let me know, I have to do any other process to get the refund from your side, Airline have already refunded to makemytrip when I will get in my account.

    Originating Flight: Departure: Flight 0250LT / 21.07.2020 Mumbai / Bombay to San Francisco cancelled by Lufthansa because of COVID-19 pandemic.

    Relevant documents and correspondence with Lufthansa and MakeMyTrip are attached to this summary starting from 16 July 2020 with Lufthansa and 1 August 2020 with ‘MakeMyTrip.

    Full Refund received on 17 Sept 2020 from Lufthansa for Seat Reservation of 3 sectors for the sum of Rs. 2499.00 + Rs. 2898.00 + Rs. 2499.00 = Rs. 7896.00.

    As per email dated 28th October 2020 my full airfare was refunded by Lufthansa to MakeMyTrip on 18th September 2020.

    MakeMyTrip has still not refunded the airfare to me, which they received from Lufthansa on 18th September 2020. Refund Status by MakeMyTrip shows endless delays of refund dates.

    Claim:
    15 months have passed since purchase of ticket. No refund on ticket is received.
    I claim full reimbursement of Ticket amounting to Rs. 76, 699.00 immediately.

      I have booked a flight ticket for my wife from Delhi-Paris-Amsterdam on 9th of August, 2021. Unfortunately the Air India flight from Delhi-Paris on 9th August is cancelled and we are provided alternate flight on 10th of August. The Air France flight from Paris-Amsterdam although is not changed subsequently and still is on 9th of August which is not feasible. I have been trying to reach MakeMyTrip via requests, twitter, facebook but of no help. She has to travel in 2 days and we do not have any idea how she will make it. They are closing the support tickets without resolution. We are trying for more than 5 days now. In the attached image all details are present and you can see the request is closed.
      Resolution required : The tickets to be issued as soon as possible so she can travel on 10th August.

        With reference to

        I would like to extend my ticket with PNR OS6YDK which is scheduled on Aug 14, 2021 to Aug 16, 2021, same flight at same time.

        I have already forwarded the request but no one has contacted even after 48 hours.

        I am requesting so because of the changes brought in on small notice by Qatar Govt.

        Please consider that travelling during this pandemic is not easy and comfortable, even after spending more than double the rates, so please make necessary arrangements asap keeping in mind that I am a student travelling alone and now my quarentined in Qatar which will be over on Aug 14.
        Kindly consider my request on priority basis because delay made by you will affect my pocket .
        I will be truly thankful.

          We booked an international flight from make my trip on April 2020. A flight from India to Madagascar. We paid 140000INR up and down for 3 personnes.

          Due to covid the flight was cancelled.

          We will stop, when only we will got refund. You need fight, we are ready for that. It's not only about money, it's about life.

          No one in this world can treat us like you did, we will see.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am one of your customers, who had booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Toronto via Etihad.
              Enclosed is the ticket for the same. I would like to mention that, my flight from Ahmedabad to Abu Dhabi was canceled on the 5th of August. I had tried to speak to MakeMyTrip as well as Etihad many times from that day. I had found a new update from the Etihad website and it is mentioned that transit passengers from Ahmedabad-India are now able to travel.(Enclosed notification)

              I had made a call to Etihad customer care and they had advised me that since I had booked the ticket through agent MakeMyTrip, they are only authorised to rebook the ticket as soon as Etihad restart booking on their website. They ask me to be in contact with MakeMyTrip, but unfortunately, you people are not available to assist personally/on call.

              You had put your customer in a worse situation by not allowing them to talk to you. Every time I tried to connect MakeMyTrip customer care, I listen to automated voice guidance with very few options. There is no option to talk to your customer care executive. I had contacted your local office but they do not have the authorization to cater to online booking customers. You do not leave any option by which your customer can raise their issue personally.

              Request you to give me the mobile number of the concern executive so that I can ask them as soon as I will find that the Etihad has started the schedule of 11nth August.

                    Pravesh Kumar and Priyanka Gupta both are from Make My Trip customer support and both have told me lies and scammed me.

                    Here are the lies which have been exposed by the Airlines and the Hotel admin.

                    Lie number 1. Air India airlines will never issue a refund. They are known for not refuding peoples' money.

                    Truth: I spoke to Air India support and they initiated the refund process within 48 hours and said refund amount will be sent to Make My Trip agency.

                    Lie number 2: The hotel is refusing to refund the amount.

                    Truth: Hotel cancelled booking months back due to coronavirus 2nd wave in India. The money was sent to Make My Trip agency.

                    Lie number 3: The third lie was that we have to travel before 30th September because the airlines (Air India) has told so.

                    Truth: The airlines never told such stuff, confirmed with their support.

                    Lie number 4: Priyanka Gupta said, September 17th is one of the peak dates for air travel in India and we should travel on 1st September to reduce the air travel fare.

                    Truth: Checked the ticket prices and to my shock, the travel fare are exactly same for Sept 1 and 17th Sept.

                    Apart from this, they increased the total package amount from Rs 57, 000 to more than Rs 80, 000 just because I tried to change the dates.

                    And now when I am asking them to refund my money, all they are saying is bunch of lies. Make My Trip is a fraud company. My next step is to lodge a police complaint to recover my money.

                      I was booking hotel Howard Johnson Kolkata and for that i selected my date and payment was done through debit card (rupay) but then a message popped up saying that "Your order ****** is awaited and payment was debited immediately before . It still remained to show that my order is awaited and booking still dint got confirmed and now there is no display of existing booking and any such details .REFUND MY AMOUNT or confirm my booking . Highly inconvenient and disappointed from MAKE MY TRIP!!!

                        I have done hotel booking on 5th August 2021 through your website.
                        I made the payment through UPI and the same was already debited from my account.
                        But till now i have not got any booking reference number and the booking amount is debited from my bank account.

                            But the portal as well as customer svc contacts do not facilitate amendment of E Mail id - which is rather strange and unacceptable

                              I have purchased International Air ticket from Make my trip to travel canada. Due to pandemic airline has cancelled the ticket at the same time airline has allowed to get the full refund.

                              I have been asking for refund from Makemytrip for above travel tickets since June-21, however they are keep saying that we are reviewing your request but they are not taking any actions.

                              Each time when I call them their representative opens a new case and close the case after call finishes.

                              I believe there must be some strict action should be taken against MakymyTrip from government of India. Looks like they are white collar thieves. Such travel company should be banned completely as they are not following laws.

                                With reference to the above I wish to submit that 8 booked a sedan cab for 02.08.2021 for my travel from Bhopal to Indore vide booking ID NC[protected].
                                The cab bearing registration no.MP09WC9265 (DEZIRE) was sent. But to my dismay the car was fitted with CNG cylinder as a result of which my luggage was not accommodated. The driver said "SIR AAPKO ADJUST KARNA PADEGA". When we refused to do so and drove away the car leaving behind us. The driver was very rude and unprofessional. Later I received calls from sawari gaadi, the agency attached to MMT. The agency demanding money from us . They said the driver came to perform duty but I refused to travel. Whereas, I requested them to bring some other car having enough boot space to fit my 2 luggage bags. But, no cab was provided . I waited for a long time with my old parents, but no help was extended.
                                I paid Rs.609.00 in advance for booking. You are requested to refund the same at the earliest.
