I tried booking a bus from Delhi to Manali (Laxmi Holidays) through MakeMyTrip. The payment was done through ICICI Net Banking. An amount of 3257.9 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked.

I am using your website Make My Trip to book a flight ticket with my registered email ID [protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected]. While making a reservation Bagdogra to Vishakapatnam using my internet banking amounting to Rs. 9731 for which payment was successfully debited and reference number IGALKNRPE6 was generated on 19.06.2021. the ticket I was trying to book was for tomorrow that is 30.06.2021....

As you can see from the screenshot and obviously your record is that the booking was towards travelling by an AC Volvo semi-sleeper bus with an assigned seat.
