This complaint is regarding a bus ticket booked from Delhi to Manali for the date 8th july 2021, ticket no.[protected], bus operator : HRTC.
we booked the ticket of an ordinary bus instead of volvo, so we initiated cancellation immediately after booking. The online page for cancellation was not working, so we made several calls for cancellation. Every time we cancelled the ticket through the given customer care number a message would be sent from the customer care but no information regarding the cancellation was provided. This is absolutely fraudulent behaviour. We tried to connect to a customer support executive, message was given that they we'll reach us. No contact has been made till date. what is the purpose of electronic cancellation through calls if there is no guarantee. we expected a refund with minimum cancellation charges as we initiated complaint within the time frame given for cancellation. also we believed that the tickets were cancelled so we had booked other tickets for the same trip.

I would like to extend my ticket with PNR OS6YDK which is scheduled on Aug 14, 2021 to Aug 16, 2021, same flight at same time.

I have already forwarded the request but no one has contacted even after 48 hours.

I am requesting so because of the changes brought in on small notice by Qatar Govt.

Please consider that travelling during this pandemic is not easy and comfortable, even after spending more than double the rates, so please make necessary arrangements asap keeping in mind that I am a student travelling alone and now my quarentined in Qatar which will be over on Aug 14.
Kindly consider my request on PRIORITY basis because delay made by you will affect my pocket .
I will be truly thankful.

I am stuck in Doha and doing 10 day hotel quarantine
MAKEMYTRIP Is taking too long to resolve the matter
I am constantly emailing them and calling
still no reponse.

my package starts from 4th to 14th of aug

my onword flight to CANADA. with Qatar airways is on 14th aug 1:40

According to Qatar goverenment rules I cant leave the hotel bt 14th aug 12 pm

I want to RESCEDULE my flight from 14th to 16th Aug

    MMT app shows the refund amount in your wallet but in wallet amount shows 0 balance

      I tried to book a hotel in Bengaluru from 8th-11th August, 2021 from MMT website. I paid through UPI...my money 11, 370 got deducted but booking showed unsuccessful. I tried to reach MMT through customer care number but the service is utter nonsence as I could not reach any executive. What am I suppose to do?? Such a big name but so poor standard of customer service...!!!

      There is no decent MMT customer service to be honest...i dunno why...I had to come and complaint here...also contacted them through their Facebook page messenger...they responded their...also tried calling to some phone numbers from this website...https://contactnumbersdetails.com/makemytrip-head-office-address-customer-care-email-id-support-number-helpline-number/... One of them responded and assured me the money willl be refunded back within a week... Got the refund within 2 days finally!!!

        Airline autorefund amount o[censored]nused flight ticket during last pandemic is not credited back to my bank account.
        Why it is still withhold by MMT.

        Please credit back the refund amount along with the interest of delayed period without any further delay.

          I have been trying to book a train ticket from Bhopal to banda. Since there are 10 to 12 waitlisted people, I went for the confirmed ticket option and paid extra money. However the booking got failed three times due to some technical issue on MMT and the amount got deducted. I understand that the amount will be refunded but I want to get to know when I can book a ticket without it getting failed.

          Being a college student, I can't afford to get stuck in a place. Neither do I have enough money to keep on trying for failed bookings. Just let me know when can I book a ticket on MMT.

            I booked tickets on Indigo thorough mmt but due to lockdown tickets has been cancelled.
            Indigo refunded Rs 4600 around but MMT refund me only Rs 460.

              I recently booked a journey from pune to jaipur vide PNR no. LS35HR for dated 24/7/20121 by Indigo. after receiving message of diversion of the flight we cancelled the flight directly through Indigo airline website...
              For refund of the same they asked us to contact makemytrip. When we contacted the Makemy trip customer care toll free no. [protected] the agent redirected the call to payment section...While talking to the concerned person the phone got disconnected and someone called back saying he was from makemytrip payment section from a private no. [protected]...
              the person told us to download the app anydesk...after arguing with him why do we need it he said that our refund has gone to hold so we have to file for the refund from through this app...
              he then asked us to fill in date of booking ...the date of journey the amount to be transfered... so on ... Then when he asked us for the details of the card... we suspected this was a fraud call ...so we cut the call and blocked the phone number but before we could take action transactions amounting to Rs 68, 000 got debited in stages...
              We suspect the involvement of one of your employees...We ask you to take action for the same... we have already launched an investigation with the bank and the local police and they might contact you regarding the same. This is apart from the Rs. 21, 032 refund that we have requested through the app for the journey. Please look into the matter and contact us with a solution.

                Hi,

                I booked a round trip ticket in MakeMyTrip. They refunded due to COVID cancellation to the makemytrip wallet. I selected in the app to transfer it to my account but I did not get. After months of follow-up, I got half of the refund but they did not send other half of the money.
                Even after so many emails and calls and online requests. Kindly help.

                          Hi,
                          I had booked a flight ticket yesterday 15th July'21 from Mumbai to Manglore on Indigo for 11th Aug 2021 and done my payment through internet banking. Though I received an sms from my bank and the amount was debited I have still not received any tickets for the journey. I have also received an acknowledgement about ibibo for successful transactions I'd[protected].
                          Request you to please resolve this issue.

                            I had 5555 in my MMT wallet. I triggered a transfer to my bank account on 7/Jul. Only 555 is deposited in my bank account. The left 5000 is not deplosited in bank account, nor it is available in wallet.

                            Please deposit the rest 5000 also in my bank account.

                                It is mentioned that I had booked my flight tickets Delhi to Indore for 4 people on 20/03/2020 ( Go Airlines ) and return tickets vide Indigo airlines on 22/03/2020 through BooKing Id -NF [protected]. During covid periods and completely locked down in the whole country, all flights have been cancelled by the airlines and amount of tickets also return. But in my case, its shows in my Apps that the amount has been refunded and credited in the Make my trip wallet. But as of now I never received any amount from the make my trip website.

                                  I booked for Vetri travels (AC Bus) via MakeMyTrip app for 2 members.
                                  I paid by NetBanking SBI but the amount has been deducted & ticket is not booked.

                                  So what ever the number I call MakeMyTrip Online They don't find any bookings for my number.

                                    i have got a msg saying that I need to choose NEFT for this refund as IMPS and UPI is not available.

                                      Hello, I made the flight Booking ID: NN[protected]. However, due to covid-19 issues, this trip did not happen and all monies (nearly Rs 50, 000) went into "wallet". Now, when I try to login, it MMT claims to send an OTP to my email, but I never get their OTP. So, I can't login and use my money stuck in the "wallet". There is no phone number either that I can call and talk to resolve this issue. All they have is automated telephone response which has no option to deal with my problem

                                      I called MakeMyTrip on their phone. They were responsive to my issue. MakeMyTrip tried to resolve my issue by several methods. They called me so many times trying various approach. Finally, they succeeded in refunding my money. My bank account was credited the amount. I am thankful to the entire MakeMyTrip Support team for their effort and earnestness. Appreciate the entire team, top to bottom. Thank you so much!
