Our ticket was cancelled by airlines. Now the money is refunded to my wallet, but not able to transfer to my bank account. Tried several times, not working.

    Bills of IJB Hotels Private Limited:
    1. Dated 20.02.2021 Amount 14061.6 Invoice No.20/0005426
    2. Dated 17.02.2021 Amount 283.20 Invoice No. 20/RS07611
    3. Dated 19.02.2021 Amount 1255.52 Invoice No. 20/RS07706
    On the above bills i cannot claim gst credit since it is shown as CGST & SGST credit instead of IGST credit in my GSTr 2B
    The booking was done through MMT for the same.
    Kindly amend the GST returns of IJB Hotels for the same.

      This is Arunkumar, an irky customer of MMT. I have booked a Himachal Package on April 5th with the Booking ID - NL[protected] for 23rd May 2021. I have paid 50% of the amount (Rs.42, 534) with two installments paid. This is my 8 months savings that I have put on this vacation for my little kid's dream to see snow as we live in Chennai (the hottest city).

      With the lockdown imposing till May 26th @ Himachal, there are no places that can be visited. Museums, Temples, group tours, Monasteries are prohibited to visit during this period of time and lockdown may get extended as well.

      Although the flights are operating, I don't see a point to go to a hotel in Himachal and look out of the window along with my 5 years old daughter wherein she is all excited to play with snow and there is no point to visit Himachal and spend 9 days inside a hotel. I will rather sit in Chennai (my hometown) and book a stay here in a luxurious 5 star hotel stay. Moreover, I don't want to risk taking my 5 year old daughter in this crisis situation as Chennai being the highest Covid surge cases and safety is at stake.

      Anuradha(The Sales representative) had given a commitment that if there is a lockdown or curfew, MMT will refund or give the complete money as a voucher with a validity of one year while booking this trip (Recorded conversation available).

      I haven't cancelled my trip from my end and the trip is given to me as a package from MMT(not just flights). As there are government guidelines and curfew posed in Himachal, I have asked regarding the voucher for the trip as promised. Now, I get a reply that flights are operational, I can still visit the place during curfew @ Himachal till May 26th. Vacation is all about exploring the places and not to sit idle inside hotel and watch out of window.

      I am going through great mental agony of already losing neighbors, friends and relatives on Covid deaths and not a fair time to argue on refund/vouchers from MMT team. I have been struggling hard to get a resolution for my trip planned for May 23rd but failed with your teams. Writing to you to see if you can genuinely help here.

      Request you to please stand upon your commitment and help your regular and privileged customers,

      Kindly do the needful and give a resolution at the earliest.

      Middle class passengers like me tend to focus on the family, plan ahead for the future and place an importance on their kids. We are increasingly health-aware and eco-friendly whilst also choosing convenience in almost all aspects of life. These values and attitudes influence most purchasing decisions they make and this loss of Rs.16000/- amidst of Covid times is giving us breathless efforts and hard earned money in vain.

      (P.S: In any of my email threads, I haven't asked them to cancel the flights but they cancelled my flights and intimate that I have to bear the cancellation charges for their mistake. Copying the email thread for your reference).

        I had booked my air tickets through Make My Trip for travel on 21 March 2020 from Ranchi to Mumbai by Go Airlines. Due to Covid-19 imposed restrictions, I had to change the dates of travel twice by contacting the airline directly as advised by MMT. Booking ID NF[protected].

        On 21 May 2021, I cancelled my air ticket with Go Airlines due to travel restrictions. Go Airlines informed that they will make a full refund. They will make the agency payment directly to Make My Trip and asked me to speak to them for the refund.

        I tried to speak to Make My Trip customer service, no one picks up the phone. I am redirected by an IVR message to the MMT website which prompts me to raise a claim. But the site refuses to register the refund claim as the trip has been completed.

        This is incorrect as MMT has incorrectly recorded the status as trip completed.

        Make My Trip do not furnish a complaint resolution service or a Nodal Officer to contact in case of grievance on their website. Make My Trip should be directed to advertise the mechanism on their website.

          This mail is with reference to Booking ID - NF[protected].

          Despite SpiceJet Airlines confirmation that the refund has been initiated for two separate PNRs, we have received the refund for only 1 PNR no: P5KL4L( attached mail communication).

          Please find the attached mail communication wherein the airlines have confirmed that the refund has been processed for both PNR No. :P5KL4L, QF79VA.

          This seems to be the amount received only for a one way journey whereas the pending amount for the return trip has not been refunded yet.

          Please note that we had done only one transaction of INR 29, 345 for both the journeys.

          I sincerely request you to take this matter on priority since the earlier claims was closed *thrice* stating the invoice is invalid!!

          Looking forward to your support to get the reimbursement done and we look forward to continuing our service with you.

            Need your urgent support for this, I have waited long time to reschedule the trip, but this seems to unpredictable when this Pandemic will end.

            All other airline is ready to pay refund, and i have checked with other agency how they move forward all confirmed that they have refund the amount.

            As i have paid huge amount i would like to request you to provide refund .

              We have booked a trip from makemytrip from 12 th june to 17th june for Sikkim and Darjeeling but unfortunately due to sudden surge in covid cases, Sikkim has gone under night curfew from 5 pm to 9 am while darjeeling has gone under complete lockdown. However in such scenario, we will not be able to visit various monuments as they all will be closed and unsafe. We would already paid arnd 40k for the trip. Now in such a case, travelling under complete lockdown is of no use and of we will cancel it, makemytrip is deducting arnd 22k while if we don't cancel they wil charge us full amount of around 76k and force us to travel under lockdown which is completely unethical. It completely shows in both the cases, makemytrip is unethical taking the advantage of the situation. Hence kindly look into the matter and conclude it with a best possible win win solution

                Ive attached the snapshot in which they agree to process the refund
                My refund on booking ID NF[protected] is pending for more than a year for INR 6600.
                They have removed the details of that booking from my account because i constantly complaint about it to them

                      This is in connection to my tour Booking ID - NL[protected] where M/s Dipti was appointed as the relationship manager for my tour. It was really an unpleassant experience with her as instead of helping through my tour she put me in great trouble where she started demanding money during my return tour. I was on a foriegn land when she advised that my flight has been cancelled and I had to pay 35k extra to book anotyher flight. the whole idea of booking a tour well in advance was to save money but she on the other hand forced my to pay 35k extra just to get back to my home land . Not just that she even started demanding money for my flight from Delhi to Jammu upon its cancllation. The worst parat was when denied from my end she disconneted my call and never call back. And all of this when I was still in transit. I request to book her for this. Kindly help me in putting up a strong case against her and makemytrip.

                        Hello,

                        I had made a reservation with MMt to fly from SF to Delhi for flight on 9th May.

                        Then I contacted United airlines to change date to 31 May.

                        After this I asked MMt to change my flight route to Dubai due to covid in India.

                        They went ahead and canceled my flight and now I am stuck in San Francisco with no flight and no refund.

                        I am not able to get in touch with any customer service because on MMt app it shows I have no upcoming trips and they don’t help people who don’t have any trips upcoming.
                        They keep saying on Twitter they will help but 7 days gone now and no help.

                        Please help.

                          I had booked air ticket from Bangalore to Bagdogra on 15th May 2021 for 4 members of my family on www.makemytrip.com. On 13th May 2021 the flight is cancelled by airline due to operational reasons and refund initiated. But fulll refund is not given but so called "convenience fee" of MakeMyTrip is deducted for Rs.1, 410/- I do not understand the convenience fee - is it for cancelling the flight FOR NO FAULT FROM US. Total amount is Rs.20, 714/ whereas amount promised [not yet credited] is Rs.19, 304/.

                            I recently published a hotel review on Make my trip by mistake and now this review can’t be deleted. Even after calling customer care, they said it isn’t possible from my or their end. This is totally unacceptable from a renowned business site like make my trip. Kindly help me and take the required action.
                            This is in regards to the review deletion request of booking id- NH[protected], hotel name OYO Townhouse 123 White Ridge Kondapur for check-in date 2 April 2020 & 3 April 2020.
                            I need to get it resolved immediately on an urgent basis. If the review cannot be removed make it anonymous by removing my name.

                              I have cancelled my ticket booked through Makemytrip (Booking reference id: AN[protected] on 25th April 2021.
                              The booking is from Dubai to Hyderabad (Indigo) and Hyderabad to Dubai (Emirates).
                              After continuous follow-up's, the refund has been initiated for Indigo flight.
                              However, the refund amount for Emirates is showing as Zero. I was shocked and called their customer care who do not have any clue to guide and they finally say it would take another 45 days to process the refund. Meanwhile Emirates has denied to refund any amount if the booking is done through travel agent (Make my Trip).
                              There is no clear information neither from customer care nor any definite time line to process the refund.
                              Request Make my trip management to look into the matter and do the needful and its a lesson learnt that I would never after book any tickets through your portal

                                This company is clearly taking advantage of the pandemic situation and not providing any customer support whatsoever. The helpline numbers provided just provide standard IVRS responses and there is no option to speak to a representative.

                                The e-mail ID [protected]@makemytrip.com is another dead-end - just an automated response that states 'Thank you for contacting us. We request you to visit the My Trips page via app or website for your booking related query.'

                                Once you login to your MyTrips page, there is no further option to follow-up on your refund. A simple refund of seat allocation charges (for a completed trip) is not being processed by Makemytrip, even after the Airlines has processed the refund. (Booking ID: NF[protected])

                                Response from Airline - attached. Please note this booking was not cancelled. This was a completed trip, but the seat allocation charges did not go through at the time of web check-in. And that is what has been refunded by the airline. MMT has neither verified the booking nor processed the refund.

                                    I had booked an international return trip air ticket in Jet Airways through makemytrip.com and paid Rs.40, 961/-. in March 2019 (more than 24 months ago)

                                    The booking ID is NN[protected].

                                    However the travel agent keep saying that the refund is not received from Jet Airways and they have no update about the refund.

                                      directly cancelled from Airlines.
                                      Even thou i have canceled trip thro Airlines directly and even Airlines confirmed that they have refund to MakeMyTrip, still they did refund yet. Customer Care number are not allowing to talk to representative i have tried nearly 20 days not succeeded. Earlier timeline mentioned to process refund till 2-May, not its moved to 27-May to 6-Jun.

                                        Hello everyone, this is reference to my two trips which were cancelled using make my trip, and the refund was promised to be credited by 30th March, but even in today's date i.e 12th May, I didn't receive my refund for the following. I urge the higher authorities and MakeMyTrip to look into this case and solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                        It says the refund has been processed, but it's veen over 20days, since I didn't receive my refund.
