Hello MMT Team!
There is a Case ID been created by Air India for 3 passenger booking. The ticket refund request has been raised by the team. Please initiate the refund as the booking for the flight from Raipur to Jodhpur was done via Make My Trip and confirm the expected date of refund to be received on the total transaction of 14, 000 /-

    My spice Jet Flight from Dehradun to Delhi had been cancelled by the airlines.The airlines have initiated the refund but make my trip has not credited the amount.Requesting to credit in my bank account/original payment mode asap.

      Train Ticket Cancellation

      I booked a train ticket using MMT .I got my ticket confirmation text from IRCTC .Due to some personal reasons I had to cancel my ticket. If I try to cancel my ticket through IRCTC it says since I booked from different website it won't allow me to cancel via IRCTC. In Make my trip app it does not show under my booking details .If I try to contact customer support they inform me that I have reached bus support and should contact train support...

      Long back when i visited the property a staff reviewed their self from my phone on make my trip now this review can’t be deleted. Even after calling customer care they said it isn’t possible from my or their end. This is totally unacceptable from a renowned business site like make my trip. Kindly take the required action.
      resolved it immediately.

        Issue 1 :
        For my BLR-SXR flight on April 21st, I had cancelled 4 out of 18 tickets for which I have not received the refund of Rs9604 yet.

        I have received the below messages from MakeMyTrip
        20 April Message
        Cancellation for MakeMyTrip Booking ID IN1B[protected] is successful. We would initiate a refund of INR 9604, once we receive the refund from the airlines*. Timelines for refund are dependent on your bank/card/wallet provider. Thank you.Team MMT.

        17 May Message :
        Cancellation for MakeMyTrip Booking ID IN1B[protected] is successful. We would initiate a refund of INR 4270, once we receive the refund from the airlines*. Timelines for refund are dependent on your bank/card/wallet provider. Thank you.Team MMT.

        Why is there a change of amount from what was agreed during cancellation.

        Issue 2:
        For my BLR-SXR flight on April 21, I had cancelled 4 out of 18 tickets, in which there was a wrong ticket cancelled.

        Requested for cancelling below 4 tickets

        But Cancellation was made for below:

        Wrong ticket is cancelled due to which i had to pay the full amount on the day of travel.
        Need compensation on the ticket amount.

            I booked holiday package in March 2020 but MakemyTrip was unable to provide service so I asked for refund.

            The refund was supposed to get credited in May 2021 but still haven't recieved the refund and also no response from MakeMyTrip is coming.

              I have been running for the last 1 year to get refund on my booking NL[protected]. There is no one that I can talk to. No one is replying to my queries. Noone picks up the call. I need the refund.. Please help

                      I had tried to make a booking for a return flight from PUNE TO GOA on the 23rd of march 2021, and due to a technical error on their website, it showed as a failed booking without a PNR being issued, though my card was charged for Rs 32630. the booking Id generated was NF[protected].
                      Subsequently i was forced to make another booking for my journey. i Called customer care and was informed that since the first booking was failed, i would receive a full refund within 14 days.
                      i Received a message from make my trip after 2 months stating that i would receive a refund of Rs 879 ( i had paid Rs 32630) only. i have tried calling on their customer care multiple times but there is no way to talk to anyone and no way to raise a ticket either. I rightfully should receive a full refund since this was a failed booking due to their website having an issue and also since there was no PNR issued .

                          My co-passenger and I had booked our flight on MakeMyTrip under the student saver scheme, we had provided our institute ID details and such. The scheme promised us 25Kgs of check-in baggage.

                          But the airlines refused to let us carry 25Kgs, and asked us to pay for the extra luggage above 15Kgs. We informed them that MakeMyTrip has provided us the 25Kgs information, but the ticket mysteriously only reflected our student IDs but did not reflect the 25Kgs that the App clearly shows while booking the ticket, and paid ticket only showed allowance of 15Kgs of check-in baggage.

                          When we checked our flight details after the journey in the MakeMyTrip App, it is clearly shown that we were allowed 25kgs of check-in baggage.

                          But when we contacted the customer care of MakeMyTrip, they did not help us at all, and we had to pay almost 10k (We are students) from our pockets which we had to borrow from sources to meet the high amount charged.

                          They are unresponsive to any form of communication that we have initiated. We want a refund for the money we had to pay because of the wrong information and wrong claims by MakeMyTrip. If they can't deliver on the promises made by their schemes, they should not offer them and extort economically challenged sections such as students.

                                Hi I have a booking which i had booked in 2019. Due to the pandemic everything went under lockdown. I had been behind Makemytrip since 2019 where i had booked total 45000/- after more than a year they only refunded 2000/- I had been calling them emailing them and they told me very clearly that sorry we cant and we dont follow government rules. Its that daily excuse that please send us the detail on this email or a complaint number is been given but they refuse to refund the money they also been so abusive that that the reps state do what ever u want we wont refund the amount as you people have used the ticket and we see that you have used it. Sir we haven't use the ticket at all the full country went under lockdown in 2019. And the travel was in the month of July 2019. Sir i request you to please get my full money refunded back to our account. We request you. The Booking Id's are mentioned

                                  I have booked a hotel to manali bd resorts through make my trip with a total billing amount of 23350 as the booking was eligible for full cancellation with full refund.
                                  So i used to mode of payment for the booking 10915 was debited from my a/c through upi and as there was 12425 rs in my wallet so remaning amount was debited from there i.e 12425.
                                  When I cancelled the hotel than 10915 was refunded in my a/c and 12425 in my wallet and there was option to credit the wallet amount in my bank a/c so i transfered the money from my wallet to bank a/c bt only received Rs9.61 in my a/c and my wallet was showing 0 so i m following with them from 2 months and still my query is nt getting resolved still my Rs 10926 is remaing from there side i want refund of 10926. booking id- NH[protected] .
                                  Kindly help me with the solution i have all mails from there end where they have confirmed me about the amount and date of refund bt still not got the refund.

                                    I was booked a ticket for my father on March 2020 from Trichy to Kuwait in srilankan airlines. Got confirmation ticket also. Due to this pandemic situation, all international flights were cancelled, makemytrip said I'll refund the money ASAP as per our government order. Still now they didn't refund the ticket money. Even I cross checked with srilankan airlines, they said already return the money to MakeMyTrip. But MakeMyTrip not responding and not provide any updates regarding refund.

                                      I have booked a flight from Chennai to Bhubneswar on 21st May using MakemyTrip app Booking ID - NF[protected], but due to lockdown the flights were cancelled by the Airlines itself and the airline Indigo has refunded the entire money.

                                      I have called up Make my Trip customer care, and they have told that they will refund all the amount. Later when I checked in app, I noticed that they have reduced Rs 290 as convenience fee.
                                      When the flight was cancelled by Airlines and also refunded all the amount deducted. Why Make my trip still deduct amount from it and refund the rest ?

                                      Also, called customer care for asking reason, but he was not able to justify it.

                                      I need to get the refund for the amount as the cancellation was not from my end.
