I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to London on Oman Air via Makemytrip on 4th Feb 2020. Thanks to the COVID situation, the flights were not operational. I was advised by MMT to await a full year before processing a refund so that I could avail a complete refund. I accordingly processed the request on Feb 4th 2021. The Airline has directly confirmed to me that the request has been processed on 6th March 2021 and that I should connect with the Agent, in this case, Makemytrip.

While I appreciate that during covid, they may have scaled down their services
1) Their numbers insist you pick one of 3 (irrelevant options from an IVR. The person who answers is helpless because they are in railways team and not International flights. Yes, the 3 options I am getting are all totally disconnected rail booking options! Emails to [protected]@makemytrip are not being responded to. Tweets are asking for 48 hours to revert. Even that 48 hour window expired on 18th March at 13.35hrs. Really really need some hlep with getting my hard earned money back. MMT seems to be generating interest in my name.

    Transfer my wallet amount to bank account

    We booked the ticket via Makemytrip using my credit card. My credit card has expired and I am not getting a new card.The ticket was canceled and the amount was credited to my wallet. I have only one option: transfer my wallet amount to original payment mode. So I am not able to transfer the amount from the Makemytrip wallet to my bank account. Can you please tell me if there any other possibilities to send my money to my bank account....

    On 20th March 2021, at 1:23 am made a booking for the bus travel from bangalore to Goa. Had opted for paying using gpay. The money was debited from gpay however no booking was made on makemy trip and nor I received any booking details from makemy trip. I received the debited message only from my bank.

    Would like to know who can I get in touch with to retrieve the debited amount back.

    I have still not received any communication or refund from their end.

      Dear Fraud company,

      I'm tired of you. I've read even on Google how many people you have looted. I found no link to contact you through app, your customer care number is useless. I made a room booking today and paid through my hdfc card and the money got deducted but the room was not booked and so I wasn't provided any booking id. My transaction number is [protected]. Amount deducted is 2, 031 INR. In future I'm never making any advance payment at MMT.

        As mentioned in subject, Makemytrip is not refunding remaining amount. The worst part is there is not way to connect to their customer support. Only way is through app and in that also its says amount refunded as shown in image attached. So provide a way to contact their support i.e., human beings instead of chatbots to solve this issue.

          I booked a ticket on 11th February no ticket booked but money deducted. 4770 deducted from account and 1560 from wallet. After continous complain they refunded 4770 on my account. On asking for money deducted from wallet they keep seeking time. I want a call back but they never called.

            I wanted to get a review removed that i posted accidentally.
            I am unable to get it done.
            When ever i call customer care they say that there is no reference ticket created please call us back.
            I called them more than 30 times
            They are saying the same thing.
            I wanted to get it done.

              I had cancelled tickets of Go Air for 2 passengers for travel on 25/04/20 due to Covid-19 lock down and the amount was refunded by the Airlines to MMT.

              MMT credited refund amount of Rs.5562/- to my vallet with them by Nov. '20 end. But this amount is neither utilized by me nor appearing in my vallet now. Also the same is not credited to my credit card account.

              ICICI Bank want the following information to trace the payment and credit to my account :

              1. Biller Name
              2. Amount refunded
              3. Payment ID/Reference ID of refund
              4. Date of refund

              Hence request to provide above details immediately. I have been following up on this for last 5 months; but no detail is received from MMT.

                I booked 4 tickets for Indonesia Bali last year and it was cancelled due to covid lockdown.

                I tried to reach out to make my trip but they are never available on phone call and has not provided any resolution than simply mentioning that a voucher will be provided.

                As vietjet airways is not functional the voucher is not usable. Now they are not refunding money.

                I have attached screenshots to provide all the details about my flight.

                  Go Air has refunded an amount of Rupees 12, 458.00 against the cancellation from airline side of my PNR number J4845F vide the airline e-mail dated March 15, 2021. However, MMT is showing that the ticket is cancelled and no refund is due. I have repeatedly tried to rectify the status and also tied to talk to the customer service executive who after about 15 minutes on keeping the call on hold on Match 18 at 15:28 hours disconnected the call.
                  All my further attempts at a resolution have been totally unsuccessful

                    Sir I m Deepak Singh Rana, I booked 2 Arline ticket and after 2 days I cancelled one ticket and I got refund of amount 2768 in wallet.
                    After sometime I wanted to book a train ticket but I can't use wallet amount and when I try to transfer my wallet amount into my account it also not possible .
                    I think MakeMyTrip my trip cheats people and also do some restrictions on wallet amount

                      I booked online flight ticket using MMT aap on 18th March, 2021. Ticket booked for the flight for a round trip for two person from New Delhi to Chennai through HDFC debit card option. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank.

                      The total amount got deducted from my account was Rs. 26997.

                      After the entire transaction, before redirecting to the booking page it showed transaction failed. But the amount got deducted from my account.

                      I have not received any ticket, no booking ID nothing as it simply redirected me to the home page instead of ticket page.

                      Please look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my amount without any further
                      delay.

                      I have attached the reference Id for your enquiry.

                        I regret to inform that despite several reminders the refund for my MAA-BOM-FRA-TXL and MXP-DEL-MAA air ticket which was booked on 10 Feb 2020 for travel in 24-31 May 2020 has not been completed (Ref. NN[protected]. The flights were cancelled due to CoVID-19 and as such are eligible for full refund of fare.
                        Every time, they raise a new refund request and say it would take 45-90 days for the airlines to settle, but nothing happens thereafter. This is despite the Court observations that airlines should refund the fare collected from customers during CoVID-19 lock down. This has eroded any confidence that I had with MMT to avoid booking any of my travel, hotel stays with them. Is there a legal way to sort out this. I am from a Government Institution and have paid the cash in advance from my pocket for the travel. It is hurting me badly because of this financially and mentally.

                            The issue that I have experienced was: Hi have booked the international flight ticket, my booking id: IN1B[protected].
                            due to corona, flight operations were canceled, after 8 months I have raised for cancellation on Dec 25th, and a refund request has been accepted on Feb 15th, after that every time I called customer care they saying within 3 working days my money will get deposited but till today I haven't received the money. I am calling Cc every day multiple times, but no one is responding correctly. no resolution yet. they are intentionally holding my money and running their business. kindly try to resolve my issue.

The flight was non operational on 2nd June 2020 due to Covid-19. I spoke to Go Air office and they confirmed me that amount has been refunded to MMT (travel agent). Since then I have contacted MMT and they are not responding. Attaching the copy of refund email from Go Air and MMT email saying that airways has deducted entire amount. The MMT support is very bad and they don't respond at all.

                                Airlines cancelled the flight due to covid 19.It has been almost 9 months since I am trying for a refund and make my trip shows the refund is processed into the wallet and wallet reflect amount Zero.

                                Cannot contact customer call centres.It gets disconnected while selecting the refund options.

                                The other ticket from other airlines are refunded promptly.The problem is with Air India express.
                                Please do refund or get back to me with the PNR at least so that I can check with airlines directly.

                                  I booked hotel on 13th March 21:12, Amount got deducted, transaction successful and gpay transaction show received amount by makemytip ... but the booking did not happen, i even checked with the hotel guys, no booking received by them either.please help me out .

                                    Made booking for a hotel and paid for it. But the booking didnt complete even though the amount got debited (Ref No - [protected]IGAKSUBDB8 dated: 15.03.2021, amount 4240).

                                    Later had to again pay the same amount to get the same booking done (Ref No - [protected]IGAKSUCJL6, dated: 15.03.2021, amount 4240).

                                      Flight ticket not booked but money got deducted

                                      I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip app on 14th March, 2021 at 2:32 PM. Ticket booked for the flight with number AirAsia I5 | 970 from Goa (15:10) to Mumbai (16:25) through Mobikwik app the proof of which I have attached. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank. Total Amount of 3875 Rs. deducted from my account.
                                      After the entire transaction, before redirecting to the company site it showed transaction failed....
