I cancelled my indigo fight from Delhi to Chennai (PNR : FI2VWL ) which was booked for 5th June 2022 but they have not refunded my amount rs 5194 yet . There is no customer care service from them . Very worst service .

    I have booked my flight with singapore airlines for 15th of june for around 30000 and also paid for free date change option so now i want to change my date between 28june to 3 july 2022 but they are charging me around 74000 extra for my flight. I have checked flights online on makemytrip for these date, flights are available for these dates around 55000 only with same airline. This is unfair and unacceptable.
    Kindly process my complaint asap

      I had cancelled the return ticket for an Indigo flight OUJLMR. The refund has been processed by Indigo on 25-May but MakeMytrip who had originally booked the ticket have still not processed the refund to the origin account. I had sent multiple support requests and tweets about the same but to no avail.

        Respected Sir/ Madam,
        On 10th June, 2022 morning around 8;50 am when I tried to book a hotel from MakeMyTrip, the amount was paid by me for the hotel through Google Play and the amount was deducted from my account but after that when I checked your website it was showing the hotel was not booked. Regarding that 10th June around 4:46 pm I already registered a complaint by phone and the concerned person told me within 48 hours the amount will be refunded in my account; but as of now I didn't receive my refunded amount, so I am requesting you to kindly follow-up this issue and try to solve it as early as possible. For your kind information herewith I am providing the Transaction Details, MakeMyTrip Hotel Booking Details and Refund Request Details of mine. My humble request to you please refund my money into my account as early as possible.

            I had booked 3 ticket on 26th may and paid 636/- with axis bank debit card, but due to some issue it got cancelled automatically and they said refund will reach to you within 2-3 days.

            But i didn't get my refund so I raised issue after 3 days with [PRN - [protected]]
            After that thay said refund completed and money will be reflect to your account within 2-3 days (27 may to 30 may) but i didn't get my money yet.
            I have attached all necessary thing.

              Dear Sir/madam,

              I had booked 4 train tickets totally worth about Rs 24000/- through makemytrip website with Booking ids:

              They were booked on 22/5/22 through computer without logging in as user
              and cancelled on 30/5/22.
              As per irctc they have refunded to make my trip on 31/5/22
              Have not received the refund till date in my icici credit card. Please do the needful and let me know the status.
              Please arrange to get it credited in my credit card account at the earliest

                I recently made a hotel cancellation for Radisson Dwarka and as per the notification Rs24, 000 were transferred to MMT wallet however i cannot see any funds in my account.
                Pls urgently look into this issue as i need to book more hotels for my trip and need funds.

                  • My Booking ID: NH[protected]
                  • On 29th, some electricity problems in the hotel, So “Capital O 33450 Hotel La Prosperite” didn’t allow me to check-in
                  • I called MakeMyTrip custeomer services on next day, talked to Nishika for my refund. she opened one case, Case #[protected] and told the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.
                  • Even after 2 weeks, No refund or no call from MakeMyTrip.
                  • I called again (Phone#[protected], Jun 13th, talked to Surjith, he gave again another case number, #[protected]. He is also giving same answer. But no refund.
                  • As you didn’t allow me to check-in, and I booked hotel in the last minute with high price, you should refund new hotel charges: ₹ 9, 804 (Booking IDNH[protected])

                    Hi,
                    This is to state you that my flight, from Guwahati to Aizawl, PNR BW362D, in Indigo Airlines dated 17th May'22, against which Indigo Airlines initiated the entire refund amount Rs.3639/- on 8th Jun'22. Indigo had sent me a written confirmation that they have refunded the entire amount to my booking Agent, i.e. Makemytrip, because I refunded the amount through MakeMyTrip only using my Credit card ending with no. 2009. But till that I have not received the amount in my credit card on in other mode.
                    Kindly help.

                      I booked a train reservation from makemytrip on 07/06/22, my booking was soon cancelled within 10 minutes, amount has been debited from my account . They said refund is initiated within 2-3 working days . It’s been a week still no refund . When I call the support they have only airlines and hotels . Seems like I will grow old waiting for this refund . Booking id NR[protected]

                        I locked price on MakeMyTrip website for my Booking number : NF2QMQ6EPK07WG9M0065

                        But on going for booking later message pops up that flight tickets are not available.

                        They said they will raised a refund but never provided the refund from 2 months.

                        Either they do it in 1 week or I should start defaming of their services on twitter and social media.

                          Today on 12th June, I booked a flight ticket with booking id NF2X3NXFR0HHUD909163. I had selected the date 19th June through make my trip site. It was showing blank. I attempted multiple times, it started showing flight combinations, i selected and booked the flight. To my astonishment, flight got booked for 17th June instead of 19th June. As soon as I realised this, I tried to change the dae.it didn;t allow me to do online. I raised a service ticket request. Now I am being asked to pay Rs 15000 penalty where as booking charges is 17000. For middle class people this is pinching the pocket. We run entire family in 15000 per month. Request to change the booking date from 17th to 19th June without taking additional fees. I need this urgently. I don;t want to spend any additional fees. Please assist

                            Flight booking reschedule

                            Hi i have booked a flight ticket on Amazon through Makemy trip on 3rd june for 1st july from delhi to patna round trip but due to certain circumstances i have to reschedule my booking for a later date. (Make my trip booking id- : NF1WFXN4LYMSQY9E6499).
                            But from last 02 days i have been trying to contact makemy trip for reschedule but there is no response from them they just put the call on hold for 30 minutes and call got disconnected...

                            I was supposed to travel to India from USA on June 7th. My brother had booked tickets from Bengaluru to Kochi for June 10th through makemytrip.com once I had landed in India. Unfortunately, before I could leave from US to India, I was tested positive for COVID. I had to cancel my tickets from US to India itself. Delta airlines gave me ecredit for the tickets on that day itself and refunded me the amount.
                            On the same day, my brother contacted makemytrip with my COVID report from US to cancel and get a refund from makemytrip. It has been one week and we keep getting an automated response saying the COVID report has to have a QR code. The reports in US are different from India but SONORA QUEST, a reputable lab in US is the one who gave my COVID positive report.

                            I send a very detailed mail after three attempts to makemytrip customer service explaining the report. Their response still seems a "cut and paste". I am not even sure anyone has read the email that I send. One week later, I am still waiting to hear anything more than an automated response. Apart from recovering from COVID, I have this added stress of dealing with makemytrip customer service.

                              Hotel booking NH[protected] with Gateway Suites, bengaluru, was cancelled with verbal advise to hotel and complaint resolution form of MMT as advised by their SMS., for deficiencies - no packing, unsafe place, dangerous access etc.
                              While booking MMT advised cancellation is subject to fee, but, now they say fee is 100%, therefore, no refund at all. ?????
                              Pls call [protected], email [protected]@gmail.com to resolve urgently.

                                  I had made a booking on my MakeMyTrip. My Booking ID is NR[protected]. The train had got cancelled but we didn't receive a refund yet. IRCTC has said that they have already sent the refund to MakeMyTrip and to contact you for further details.

                                    Dear sir/ma’am,
                                    I had made a flight booking from Bagdogra to Bengaluru 07/06/2022, however the booking failed on the MMT app, but the money was already deducted. I did not receive any mails or service related to the booking thus, I called the customer service immediately. The coaster care person assured me that the cost will be refunded however it’s still not refunded till now.
                                    I tried to contact MMT later after 3 days but this time I was not connected to the Costumer care person as the automated system could not find any failed booking as ten hours had already been passed.
                                    I humbly request MMT Customer Support to help me resolve the problem as I have been a punctual customer to MMT.

                                      On the 30th of May, 2022, i (Vanlalhriatpuia) was booking for a flight through makemytrip. Due to name change error. I was requested to book a fresh ticket while cancelling my tickets from their end and receiving a full refund as well since i did not request for ticket cancellation and the tickets were cancelled by them which was very promising. But, i haven't received any refund at all which was promised within 7-10 working days. I would be glad if i am hereby refunded as soon as possible. I've been trying to make complaint through their email which was not working at all for a few times now.
