Flight no. 9I 502(MKTG AI9502) supposed to fly on date 7/04/2022 at 10 AM got cancelled by the airline.
3 tickets booked through makemytrip with PNR No J193K. Not received refund yet.

    Today at 12:41 pm, I tried to purchase three Siliguri-Kolkata (17:30-6:30, Lokenath Bus Service) bus tickets from MMT application . After submitting the OTP, money got deducted from bank account but I didn't receive the tickets through any message/email .

      We had terrible experience at Hotel Kalpana Elite- Near BKC which we booked from 1st June to 3rd June, 2022. We were given two rooms for staying since we were 3 guests in total (me and my family). However, both rooms were not only small but also that the cupboard had cockroaches and full of smoking smell all throughout the room including washrooms. As a result of this, my father who has bronchitis problem got cold allergy. Moreover, there's no telephone inside the rooms to contact the reception. The only way to contact a hotel boy was to have his contact number saved on our mobile phones and call him when we need. But we may not be comfortable with our contact numbers being shown on some unknown person's device, right? Anyway, because of smoking smell and cockroaches in first room, we moved to the second room. This room had no single window and due to lack of proper drainage facilities in the washroom, the floor was always wet. Even in this room, we could see cockroaches on table and cupboard. Moreover, the smoking smell continued. The hotel boy arranged some odonil but that's not enough to get rid of all disadvantages we faced. Furthermore, the AC has no remote and don't work properly unless remote is arranged from another room. The walls were not probably sound-proof as we could hear sharp sounds on the ceiling. I believe that the hotel was overrated. We were feeling excessive helpless and had to leave the hotel a day earlier on 2nd June, 2022. I would like to request for refund of our lodging atleast for 2nd June as we left the hotel that day. I can't believe that it costs 11, 648 INR to live in such a hotel booked through your esteemed website. The reviews and rating were highly misguiding. Please reply ASAP.

        I have booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai on 20th of May 2022 by KKaveri Travels. On the day of travel I received a phone call from the bus operator stating that the bus has been cancelled due to some technical issue. I have raised the same concern to MakeMyTrip since I had made the bus booking from their site. But they are not giving any response and not resolving my issue nor giving me the refund amount.

          I booked two suit rooms through Make MyTrip for four adults and one kid on 28th may 2022 for 28th may 2022 at Hotel Aptin Crown, Velankanni, Tamil Nadu .
          Booking Id:NH[protected]
          amount paid:8646.00

          We contacted the hotel-Aptin Crown on the same day. They had told that all the rooms are occupied and their bookings through make my trip for that day was closed by one day before itself. So no rooms were allotted for us and they have told that the amount paid will be refunded by 10 am of 29th May .

          Till now the amount was not refunded and they are not responding properly. Now they are telling that the amount will be refunded by make my trip only . we are not able to contact make my trip customer care no.

          Because of the irresponsibility of make my trip and Hotel management, that day was very much terrible for us and our family including 3year old kid was spend the whole night in our car itself.

          Please take necessary action to refund our amount at the earliest and expecting proper clarification for this issue.

              Hi MMT Team,

              I have a MMT profile (ID: [protected]@yahoo.com) with registered mobile number as [protected] which i wanted to update but i am unable to do so and hence need your help.

              The weird part is upon trying to delete the existing registered mobile number it sends an OTP to existing number which is fine and i was able to delete my existing number ([protected]) but upon doing so it automatically bought an old number ([protected]) of mine that i used to use some 15 years back which is not with me anymore

              Now i am stuck with an invalid phone number linked to my profile which i am unable to update either, All my attempts to call MMT call-center yielded no result

              My request is pretty simple - just update my mobile number linked with my profile ([protected]@yahoo.com) to my mobile number which will be: [protected], can MMT team get this done from back-end and confirm?

                I have requested for date change of my flight from Toronto to Chennai to makemytrip which is free of cost according to the airlines but make my trip had cancelled my ticket without my consent and when I had raised this issue they informed me the airline had cancelled in its own but if airline is cancelling why am I being charged is the question none of the staffs are answering and even after explaining this to 5 different staffs and spending 15 days on this, my concern ticket has been closed without any resolution. Tried to contact them again but no one is replying.

                  We have planned a travel through MMT to Dalhousie and Dharamshala via Amritsar starting from 2nd June 2022.

                  Our very first bad experience was when our flights from Delhi to Amritsar got rescheduled and MMT denied taking responsibility for the same and they did not made any proper arrangements for us and left us on our own.

                  Our second bad experience which we are facing right now is because of there lack of coordination with local tour and are stuck nowhere in between.

                  We are planning to file a complaint in consumer forum for the trouble we faced in last 24 hours as we are traveling with 4 little kids aged between 2 to 7 years.

                    Hello,

                    I tried booking a hotel using a gift card worth 5000. Tried paying the remaining amount with my UPI ( though transaction succeeded, MMT couldn't recognise it ), retried the same with my credit card ( the same thing happened) and finally succeeded when used a LazyPay account.

                    A few mins later, i received a whatsapp message that said that the booking failed and funnily both my credit card as well as LazyPay account was debited by 5K each. Now, when i go back to the MMT page, neither is there a trace of that booking, normally is my gift card available.

                    They have the worst setup for customer care and I am not able to reach them because my booking id is apparently invalid.

                      I had booked railway tickets from Delhi to Varanasi for travel on 10/05/2022 with cancellation insurance for which I had paid extra money. I cancelled the tickets on 28/05/2022 and chose MMT wallet as the mode of refund. The refund isn't processed while the app fraudulently showed the notification that it is; there is only ₹ 1 in Mycash. As there is no way to talk to any of the company's executives, I tried contacting them over Facebook. To my utter disappointment, even after narrating the whole issue, two of the company's executives - the only two I had talked to - narrated the same reason as to the failure in refund! - the wallet is blocked due to the FTV misuse!

                      First of all, I haven't used any FTV, forget about the misuse! Secondly, if my wallet was blocked, why did the company allow me to choose it as the mode of refund in the first place?!

                      I told this to the company's executives and asked them to refund in my bank account instead, as the money is cancellation money. None of them respond! If they do, all they say is - the wallet is blocked! They keep repeating it!

                      I had to book fresh tickets with the wallet money! They tickets are running out! I can't keep spending money in huge chunks. Who will take the responsibility of the mental torture that the company is making its customer go through?

                        Booking Agent – Makemytrip.
                        Was not able to take the trip due to medical emergency and provided doctor prescriptions along with other details..
                        Journey date- 26 may, cancelled date 24 may..
                        Booking was partially cancellable, as date change date was allowed. Initially they told that they will provide some accepted solution and will look in to the concern and till 31St May some amicable solution and askd for 24 hrs daily. And today on 1ST they told same thing, that they are working on it and definitely they will provide June, they are telling we will neither provide refund nor any voucher ..

                          I had paid for trip guarantee and ticket was not confirmed.
                          As per agreement Makemytrip was supposed to pay me 100% paid amount back plus 2x of the paid amount as travel voucher.
                          It now shows as only 845 against 1296.55
                          They should be paying full amount of 1296.55 which they charged in total for trip guarantee assuring 100% money back plus another 2 times as travel voucher.
                          please make sure i get what i paid them plus the two times in form of voucher

                            Much dismaying that inspite of cancelling Air tickets on Delhi-Leh sector on 17th May 2022, I m yet to get my refund till date. Even messages on Twitter are not being replied back. Air tickets canceled booking IDs: NF7YH1Q9J9TNVKI75951 and NF72T32CTP4ZG34Y6237. Their seem to be no provisions on listed numbers to check on status of refund of the canceled air tickets.

                              In 2019 I book Jet Airways ticket for my parents from Pune to Perth and back from make my trip portal. I spent roughly INR 98000/- In the last 1 year, I have sent several emails but no one at Make my Trip has bothered to respond to my mail. I really feel helpless and lost.

                                I had booked a bus ticket via mmt from ooty to Bangalore. The bus got cancelled by operator at that time mmt send a message saying that the refund is been initiated . Its been more than 15 days, money is not been refunded. There is no way to talk to their executive regarding this particular issue. No customer support mail id in iphone app.

                                    I had booked the ticket from MMT Application while doing the payment the money got deducted from my bank account but MMT showed it has failed and now I don't even have ticket id to raise a complaint on their customer care service and without it I can't raise a complaint with their customer care.

                                      After reaching Hotel We could not stay with our Family..All types of People are staying..We have not felt to stay there..
                                      We were at the hotel [protected]@ 12.35..Till 1.20pm There is no room confirmation fro. Front desk..The staff was very poor in Technical .They delayed all most an hour to show the room..Hotel is like dormitory near railway Station.

                                      They made room besides appartment 5 bedroom house..As hotel..
                                      Which pictures you shown in the website..Nothing in that room.
                                      Just like dormitory..
                                      Ok.We requested for upgraded room..They charged 600 rs.Extra..I told that boy..Please show the room them ..We will pay extra amount after check in..
                                      He doesn't agree our request @ that time was 2.10 PM.We are also in hurry..Till from morning no fresh up not have breakfast.So We paid extra amount..
                                      After that they are searching for vacant room..
                                      They took us to 3rd floor..Hotel corridor was soo dirty..They kept us @ top searching for vacant room..We are trying to call & Contact you.There is no responce on SUNDAY till 2.40 PM..
                                      Hotel is dirty atmosphere with lot of people allowed in one room. Having drinks & showting on Worker..Basically not safe & little worried with that atmosphere..
                                      We decided to leave that space immidiately..We are asking for refund..Thay have not agreed..After We Re trying to cal police by the court of law proceedings..They paid our 600 extra payment remaining they told us to claim from AGENT. MAKE MY TRIP.

                                        Today we were trying to book the flight from Pune to Mangalore for 4th Jun from Makemytrip but transaction was unsuccessful but money was debited from HDFC bank.
                                        When do I get the refund?
                                        It seems site has some issue because we were not able to successfully book the ticket.
