    I had booked hotel Tavisha Villa Golf Course Road Gurugram for April 19th, the check-in time at the time of booking was shown as 1am. However when I went to check in at 5-6am they denied check-in saying that the check-in time entered by the hotel on the MMT app was wrong. And the hotel made me pay 500 for early check-in. Not just 500 they asked me for 1000 extra for an room upgrade as they did not have a room available. However I raised a complaint on MMT as the hotel denied check-in during the time they mentioned on app. And MMT promised me to look into the issue and refund 1500 rupees. They created a support request as of April 19th(Request ID:[protected]. Since then I tried to contact them multiple times. I even escalated the issue as of April 25, 28 and again on May 2. The issue has still not been resolved and nor am I able to contact the customer service team from MMT.
    There is no way to contact MMT after raising a ticket to talk/mail to an executive to know the progress. Or talk about the concerns.
    I expect a refund for the inconvenience caused.

      I booked an international round trip through makemytrip and paid the entire amount, and after successfully and immediately taking the amount from my bank, makemytrip lead to a page that said “your order is awaited”. How grossly deceptive - after paying for insurance, seats, comissions, and all their little "add-ons" for what was advertised to be an efficient, seamless booking experience, as soon as you pay the amount you are met with a grim landing page that says "your order is awaited" with no other update or communication.
      An entire day passes - no email, no sms, no update on the tickets. (Imagine I was booking for emergency travel, or for travel the next couple days) What kind of an interface/design is this where you take the money without any inhibitions and then provide no transparency or accountability with what happens next?
      Makemytrip offers no live chat, no email Id, and their “raise a request” landing page is broken. How funny that this scammy website (full of supbar copyediting and flowery advertising) intentionally offers no human support. The robot “support” offered through phone is not equipped to handle more than 2 versions of an issue, and is in no way an effective replacement.
      To reiterate, NO version of any human support, deceptive advertising, and horrible user experience.

I connected with their customer care at Facebook they are saying that they don’t have an option to update email.         Zestmoney againts flight ticket from make my trip

        I booked a ticket from make my trip on emi through zestmoney. But at the time of booking the amount is suck in payment make my trip and then i never received booking id and showing payment unsuccessful in make my trip.in my zestmoney also deducted money and started emi also started. no one reply from zest money and make my trip...

        Hi, I have cancelled 2 train tickets (please find screenshots) and opted for refund to my MMT Wallet but I haven't received the wallet for the cancelled tickets.

        So, Make my trip, kindly look into it and credit the amount asap

        Now, the refund for Rs. 10, 040 has been made for 1 ticket but one remain pending. Additionally, I have cancelled another ticket from Dhanbad to New Delhi and the ticket got cancelled but refund amount not credited. Please find attached the screenshot. Cancellation confirmation received from IRCTC already

          First the cab driver arrived half an hour ago and forced me to come down by 5pm and according to guidelines of mmt i can get in by 5:45pm. His half back seat was occupied by the piano and after several argument and complain on mmt he remove that violin and put it on carrier. Then as we go the AC was not working then we went down the car and helplessly we have to book and uber cab which charge me 1.5x times. As I was in different city and had no other option to arrange something right away. I booked an uber outstation which Financially drained me .And all mmt said was i am sorry we'll not do that again . BUT I WANT COMPENSATION IN RETURN FOR THIS MENTAL TRAUMA and what they gave me is just Rs.200 voucher which they promised me to give but still not received yet. So, I want mmt to compensate for the loss that they have made and reimburse me for the same.Cab Booking id NC[protected]. Plz help me

            Hi, i made the hotel booking for a hotel in Canada on 5th May. I made the payment at the hotel but the amount was deducted from my account as well. So i have been charged twice. What is the way to talk to MMT customer care. All the numbers mentioned are automated and there is no way to talk to them. Please help in getting the refund.

              I recently booked a 6-night/7-day trip to Nainital, Corbett, and Masoorie.
              As this is my first visit to North India, I asked one of the MMT agents (Rahul) to customise the package for me because the instant available packages did not include any good hotels (according to the reviews I read about the hotels).
              My request was to provide the best hotels possible because we women were travelling with children and safety was our top priority.
              I happened to speak with Rahul and mentioned that I needed separate rooms/cottages with mountain views and all the amenities such as a swimming pool, good food, and so on. Also requested for a good sight seeing.

              Rahul customised the package and stated that all requirements were met. (Which actually did not meet my requirements)
              However, for our initial stay at Nainital - Balaut Resort, they provided a connecting room, but the door lock was terrible; if we insert the key into the lock, it won't come out, it won't lock, and we had to struggle to unlock.
              I had to call the Receptionist Nirmala every time I needed help, which was extremely inconvenient.

              I contacted Rahul and explained the situation, as well as why my requirement was not met, but I was charged for what had been discussed and agreed upon.
              Rahul then went ahead and filed a customer complaint, only to tell me that the room was provided as agreed. However, after filing the complaint, he did not bother to pick up my call; when I tried from a friend's phone, he picked up and said, "Sorry ma'am, I was not sure how to help, so I did not pick up the call."
              Only the plus point was Food.The resort where it is located is no less than a suicide point.

              Our 2nd Destination Corbett (Hotel Le Roi) was fine.

              Our third destination, Hotel Skylark by La Casa - Masoorie, is a five-star Hotel ( For name sake).
              There were no amenities, only a room to stay in, and the bathroom was subpar.
              It is not worth the money we paid (approximately 5k per night), which is not even worth 1.5k.

              When it came to sightseeing, the driver was cheerful, spoke well.
              He did not, however, take us on a good sightseeing tour. He took us to the places like children's park, Cave, Guchu Pani, paragliding, and zipline.
              I am from Bangalore and believe that these are the best in Bangalore (other than the cave and paragliding) and that I do not need to travel to Uttarakhand.
              I expected to see the special and famous, beautiful places, the beauty of Nainital and Masoorie, but I was let down.
              He always said that everything closes at 5 p.m., so he'd get ready for his drinks and catch up with his friends.

              Rahul ran away from everything and didn't bother to assist his client.
              He agreed that my requirement had not been met and apologised.
              However, I was charged approximately 74k for such a poor package.

              When I filed a complaint after returning home, I was only told that they checked with MMT and hotels and were told that the client requirement had been met and that they could not issue a refund.
              Does this imply that I, who had such a terrifying experience, lied to them? Below is the response i received and I have replied to this but there is no response after this.

                This in regarding to Reference No.[protected] : NC[protected] I had booked a cab for 23rd May through Make my trip app and paid full amount and than I edited the date from 23rd to 22nd May but my previous booking payment was not transferred to new booking.

                When I called customer care they asked me to make payment to driver and they mentioned my canceled booking amount will be refunded and I will get a call within 48hours.

                It has been 48 hours and I did jot receive any call yet when i try to call customer care there is no option to speak to someone.

                Request you to please help to resolve this issue as I made duplicate payment and I want refund asap.

                I had done booking through my mobile number [protected] registered in app and traveller was my Brother Talib Ghoghari.

                Pls call me back on my number [protected].

                  I have a flight tomorrow to Greece, and it's a package booking that I have done on make my trip, and yet, I have been trying to contact make my trip for days, and it's been a horrible experience, not one call has been picked...and every one of my complaints are simply ignored. It's like, they just want money, and then bam, that's it..nothing else will be done..please look into this.

                      I booked hotel stay in singapore through MakeMyTrip in February 2020. Paid full amount in advance. Then the pandemic happened and travel was restricted. I cancelled my trip and thus asked MakeMyTrip for a refund. They have not only forfeited the entire amount but also now refused to acknowledge the case. They have deleted its history from my app as well. And i absolutely cannot get a hold of a customer care executive to share my complaint with. If nothing i want people to know how this brand who is being promoted by celebrities like ranbir kapoor and alia bhat is looting normal working class people of their hard earned money.

                          Reaching out in regards to train ticket for pnr no. [protected] from Jammu to Gandhinagar jaipur for dated 22nd May 2022, as the ticket was booked under tatkal quota and was under waitlist 1&2 and was cancelled before chart was prepared, request you to plz process the refund as per below email from irctc, upon checking the same in MMTC app unable to locate the refund details hence reaching out to you via email, plz check and initiate the refund.

                            I have booked a bus ticket from Hyd to Chennai on 14 May, 22 vide trip ID NU[protected] and PNR 67PKAV94 for Rs. 990 on QC seater_sleeper bus.on my name CS Balaji.in Mozo Travels.

                            But operator Mozo Travels had canelled the trip due to some technical problems and same was informed via SMS and telephone. The same I informed to Make My Trip also for gettting my refund. For that I had received the information from you as following:

                              I had cancelled my flight from srinagar to darbanga that was supposed to depart on 19th may, however the makemytrip people sent me a breakup of my refund amount which is incorrect, now they are not responding to my calls and neither are giving me a call back .
                              Paid amout- Rs 35332
                              Amount they calculated for refund Rs 25672
                              And amount they are planning to refund - Rs 9874

                              Where did the difference of 10000 rs go? Why they are saying amount paid in refund breakup as 25672 rs whereas i have paid 35332 rs kindly help
                              They are again and again disconnecting my calls and not giving me a callback also i am helpless

                              They are telling me that airlines has decided to give u this amount, they have deducted all the cancellation charges plus their (mmt) own charges also but why are they showing 10k rs lesser than what i have paid and giving me a lesser refund kindly solve my problem punish these frauds, i had a word with the airlines also they said that your full paid amount should be displayed and then deductions are to be made from that but these makemytrip people have done all the deductions from a lesser amt that means they should deduct from rs 35332 so that way my refund amount should be higher bt instead these people are showing rs 25672 as my paid amount therefore giving me a lesser refund, kindly help me get my money back

                                  Company: MakeMyTrip.com Type: Package for 7 days Date of Payment: 14th May Booking ID: NL[protected] Amount: 36536/- Reg No & Email: [protected]@gmail.com, [protected] Problem: Consumer informed that he took the package and made the payment as 36536/- and he was supposed to get 3 Star Hotel and for the hotel, they charged 5, 000/- for per day and the package is for 7 days for the destination( Chandigarh, Manali, Shimla ) and at the time of traveling the company has provided the room which has 600/- for per day instead of 5, 000/- and due to this he raised the issue to the company and they closed his grievance without any resolution .Company is delivering wrong information they are providing wrong data there is no evidence of government approved rating for hotel, they are listing cheap hotel in three star catagory and taking hugr charge for poor service refund my money cancel this

                                    I have booked a room White House Beach Resort, Alibaugh from 14.05.2022 to 16.05.2022 vide booking ID.NH[protected]. from Make My Trip.

                                    The booking was including breakfast for which I was charged additional amount.

                                    However the resort did not provide breakfast and when enquired the resort people informed that there was no confirmation from Make My Trip to them with regard breakfast. As such I had to pay for the breakfast from my own pocket.

                                    I have take up with the issue with Make My Trip customer care through the App multiple times, but to my utter surprise and dismay every time my complaint was closed as resolved with out actually resolving my complaint. (I am enclosing the necessary screen shots). In between I got mail that some amount will be refunded but after that no action has been taken from you side.

                                    This sought of highhanded behaviour was not accepted from Make My Trip. I strongly feel that others customers are also being duped like me. Due to your behaviour I feel harassed.

                                    Request to intitate suitable action against Make My Trip for refund and compensation amount.
