Make My Trip, Jet Airways, Indigo — non refund for service not provided | |||
i had a adjoining flight from delhi to banglore of indigo and then banglore to manglore of jet airways. due to delay in flight of indigo by 40 minutes, i was unable to reach my next flight on time. i reached 35 minutes before the departure and the staff of jet airways refused me the boarding pass. now they are not even refunding the money. date of incident : 21 june 2015 booking id : DEL-BLR-DEL trip starting 21 Jun for Booking ID NF[protected] BLR-IXE-BLR trip starting 21 Jun for Booking ID NF[protected] its a request for refund since non of the concerning parties are ready to take the blame. Same thing happened to us. The worst experience my brother at Jet Airways counter at Mumbai airport tonite. He had a connection flight from mumbai to kozikode via IndiGo Airline (6E-129, PNR: D9485J) which was missed due to delay caused by 9W-7134 (PNR: BQVJTF) Nagpur to Mumbai on 9th july. Jet Airways didnt give any compensation or alternative solution to handel this situation. Instead the supervisor on duty was asking us to purchase new ticket for next day. This is totally unacceptable way to approch a passanger who have missed his flight, time and money due to delay at their side.
