Make My Trip — No refund after flight cancellation

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Nagabooshanam Narayanasami. Retired Govt officer from Revenue department. My mobile number [protected] Address: 13A/7A, Muthukumarasamy st, Perambur, Chennai 600011. Complaint: Make-My-Trip is a travel agent who is giving my refund for the cancelled Indigo airlines ticket (PNR number OC4RXA). As per Indigo ( see below mail), the refund was processed on August 16th 2015 and its pending now with Make-My-Trip. I had been contacting Make-my-trip customer care so many times. I raised the following complaints. No action is taken yet. Looks like they are doing a scam by holding public money. Complaint numbers.
