[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — Complaint Registered regarding Rs 29098 deducted from KOTAK credit card but ticket not booked on makemytrip [MMT Reference:[protected]]

Dear MMT team, Please take note of this complain about Rs 29098/- deducted from my credit card during flight booking on makemytrip from Bangalore to Srinagar on 3 Sep 2014 night but no ticket confirmation was made. Kotak card trx id - 056667 (Rs 29098 deducted on 3 Sep 2014 ) makemytrip cancelled trx id - NF[protected]as provided by MMT agent) I have requested both bank and MMT to look into this complain and refund the amount at the earliest as makemytrip has confirmed that no such amount was recorded in their system and as per their records the transaction was declined by Kotak gateway but actually amount was deducted from creditcard, makemytrip cancelled trx id is attached - NF[protected] Please let me know with your investigation... At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We understand a technical error (not intentional) has led to this unpleasant experience.

With reference to your complaint, please note that we have investigated the issue with our payment gateway (Axismigs) and confirmed that the transaction was declined by the bank. Further, please note that the amount will be auto-released by your bank.

Incase of transaction was done from the debit card, Payment Gateway (AxisMigs) do not have any control as to when the Card-Issuer bank decides to post the credit to their respective cardholder. Hence, we request you to please liaise with your card issuing bank.

HI Makemytrip, ?I was your permanent customer booking tickets for me and my family and friends from our site on a regular basis. But the real face of you i have seen when i cancelled my tickets to and fro from SIngapore-Delhi. The ticket was worth of 587 sgd. The total refund amount was told to be 494 sgd after cancellation charges of 97 sgd. But the amount returned to me was 452 sgd only and that too after lot of troubles. The remaining 42 sgd was told by customer team memberes initialy it was showing in system and later they told no such amount exists. After repeated calls to your customer care the same answer " give us 10 days to look into the matter, we raised the concern with accounts department". No reply from ur team then.MY booking id is -- SN[protected]ticket was booked for indigo airlines. Indigo airlines pnr number -- K93D5D. ???Indigo is saying they returned all the money on 24th september, 2104 itself.??Did you people have even 1% ethics left in business. You are just robbing innocent customers.??I will highly recommend people not to book any ticket from this agency. They r bunch of theifs and liars. ?Thanks, Sudhanshu
