[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — Innova cab 8 seater (Sofa seat) not provided after paying complete payment

I booked a domestic holiday with makemytrip @ 64000 inr, i paid 12000 inr extra (Actual cost was 52000 inr with sedan car - tata indigo / maruti dezire etc. . .) for innova 8 seater (Sofa seat) , but makemy trip not provided cab after finalization. I tried to call to mr amit bhardwaj and mr. Kundan who finalized this deal with me but both are so irresponsible that not picked my call, i tried many times to talk with both person.
I can't understand how makemytrip bear these type of irresponsible person in his company. My 3 hours were wasted in delhi and after my request, traveller (Akon tour and travels pvt ltd) provided maruti dezire to complete this tour.
This tour was worst tour for me. I requested to mr. Amit bhardwaj from day one that i need only 8 seater (Sofa seat) innova and after receiving confirmation i finalized this deal.
I need my money back asap.

Package itinerary: -
Day 1 : delhi aiport to shimla by: surface (350 km / 9 - 10 hrs)
Morning, drive to shimla or simla, the capital of the state of himachal pradesh. A very popular holiday - retreat, it is well - known for its victorian architecture, which is reflected in certain areas of the mall and the ridge. It is also a famous holiday spot for honeymoon. Enroute visit pinjore gardens. Upon arrival at shimla, check in at the hotel.
Note: for guest taking himachal hues sharing vehicle
All guests taking the tour ex delhi are requested to report at hotel saptagiri (Main building) , mahipalpur extension, new delhi (Subject to change, exact venue shall be mentioned in the voucher) latest by 0700 hours. In case of any delay, guest will have to make their own transport arrangements to shimla at an extra cost. Breakfast can be availed at the hotel on direct payment basis.
Day 2: shimla
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a half day excursion to kufri (2500mts) . Visit indira bungalow & the himalayan zoo. You can also take a hike or a take a pony up to mashu peak.
Afternoon: guests will be dropped at the shimla mall road to explore by themselves. Attractions of the mall road include shimla church, scandal point, gaiety theatre, town hall & shopping.
Evening, the guests shall be transferred to their respective hotels for overnight stay. Dinner shall be at the hotel.
Note: pony ride at kufri are on direct payment basis
Day 3: shimla - manali (272 kms / 9 - 10 hrs)
After breakfast at hotel, depart for manali. Drive past beas - sutlej link project, pandoh dam & kullu valley. Lunch shall be en - route on direct payment basis.
Check in to your hotel on arrival for an overnight stay.
Day 4: manali
After breakfast, we will take you to adventure camp. Enjoy adventure activities like river crossing, rappelling, archery, rifle shooting and burma bridge at the camp.
Proceed for a half day sightseeing of manali. Visit vashishtha kund & hidimba temple.
Stay overnight at the hotel in manali.
Day 5: manali
Early morning, take a half day excursion to rohtang snow point. (Closed on tuesday) . On return, visit solang valley. You can opt for adventure sports like para gliding, zorbing, and skiing (Subject to snow) on direct payment basis. Return to manali. Stay overnight at the hotel in manali.
Day 6: manali - chandigarh (250 kms / 9 - 10 hrs)
After breakfast at hotel, drive to chandigarh. Visit rock garden upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7: chandigarh – delhi (235 kms / 5 hrs)
After breakfast, transfer to gurgaon bus stand for onward destination.
