[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — Reference ID:[[protected]] COMPLAINT- BOOKING NOT MADE MONEY DEDUCTED

I booked a ticket from Makemytrip.com web site on Monday 27th April 2015, from Dubai to Delhi in Jet Airways and gave my e-mail id ( [protected]@gmail.com) and my Dubai phone number which is [protected]. the booking was for 29th April 2015, unfortunately i did not receive any confirmation from makemytrip.com and money was deducted from my bank. On calling makemytrip.com, i was informed that no payment was received and i was directed to send the screen shot of my bank account showing the transaction. A screen shot of my bank statement dated 27th April 2015 showing the amount of Rs. 8544/- being deducted was sent to makemytrip.com on 28th April 2015. via e mail for which i received an auto generated mail from makemytrip.com with a reference ID:[[protected]]. I am regularly calling the office of makemytrip.com also sending them the mails, but not getting any positive response. Request to kindly intervene and get my refund as soon as possible. As discussed, please note that post validating your case with our concern teams, we have found that ticket was issued instantly but the email ID entered at the time of booking was incorrect and that is why passenger never received any confirmation/E-ticket . Please also note that the phone number entered by passenger was in the wrong format and that is no SMS was delivered. As promised, we have now cancelled your booking and we are initiating refund for INR 4229.00 from our end on 02-Jun-15 and same should reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle.
