MakeMyTrip.com — Refund has not been processsed - Ticket ID NF[protected]

I had cancelled my to and fro flight - NF[protected] as onward flight was cancelled by AirAsia on 27th Dec. It has been more than 20 days and they have still not refunded my money. I have escalated my issue with customer care thrice and on Makemytrip website. The customer care keeps saying that wait for 4 more days, we have forwarded your case to concerned team.Customer care Executive said that they are not allowed to transfer call to anyone in Makemytrip office and could not give any details about how we can escalate this or to whom we can talk to about this. This is nothing short of harassment. I would like to know if there is any recourse (legal or otherwise) to get the refund from Makemytrip in case they do not return it by themselves.
