[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — Amount deducted without issuing any ticket

I tried to book a ticket for 2 persons on Durgapur Chennai (Spicejet SG 332) flight for 22 Nov, 2021 using my SBI Debit Card. An amount of INR 8738 had been deducted, but the booking was not completed, the console showed a 'payment failed' message. Later, after half an hour, I found the money has been deducted. I am still waiting for a refund. Tried calling, emailing, chatting with makemytrip, but there are no channel through which I can reach them.
