MakeMyTrip India — Cancelled Flight Refund pending from one year

My flight is cancelled by airline due to operational reason on last year 23 march from Delhi to Kullu.
I have booked my flight from Make My Trip.

and I have raised my refund request through make my trip around 6 months before but they still now not raised to Air India.

Passenger Name is : Anil Sharma.
My ticket no is:[protected].

And the app. no which one i received from Make my trip is [protected]. But same application number i have discussed with air India then they informed that this type of any app. no. they not received.

I want my refund as soon as possible.
