MakeMyTrip India — Complaint regarding the more payment done to MakeMyTrip

I Suvarna Lokhande wife of Sameer Lokhande. I would like to inform you that we have done booking on 5th Nov 2021 from my husband number [protected] for 007 Universal Resort Karjat. The Booking details are as follows:

We have paid amt around Rs. 11780/- for the same. When we checked in the hotel the actual rates were almost half of the amt paid to MMT. The amt was 5500 including breakfast, lunch and dinner and one child. Extra child would cost 1000 rs extra so around[protected] amt. But we have paid more amt. We always trust MakeMytrip and we have done lot of booking with this portal. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue and I hope you will refund us the extrra amt which we have paid.
