[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — eticket | |||
I had booked my flight on Indigo Airlines, through makemytrip.com on 28th May 2018. I had paid Rs. 11521. I received my booking ID but did not receive the eticket. I was not allowed inside the Airprt by security, hence I missed my flight and then I had to buy another ticket for 22.15 flight . I have tried to contact makemytrip customer support several times but they are not available/helpful . I have my return ticket booked on Indigo on 14th June at 15.30 hours Kolkata to Bengaluru. I have not received my eticket to that flight either. I want makemytrip to confirm my eticket on the 14th June and refund my full fare for the flight on the 28th May. In reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that, within few minutes of making the booking an e-mail with e-tickets and SMS with airline PNR was sent from our end.
