[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Fraud - auto cancellation | |||
Booking ID: NF[protected] I had booked a Mum- Hyd Return ticket Jan 30, 2016 - Feb 2, 2016 for two passengers including myself. Makemytrip intitated the CANCELLATION without any authorization and the refund is under process. I checked with the airline( Spicejet) as well and they confirmed the cancellation is initiated at Makemytrip only. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the customer care at your company, and was told that I will have to wait for 48 hours for the resolution. I believe that this response is unfair because my travel is scheduled in next 36 hours. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. I am hopeful I will not have to resort to appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
