[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Money deducted from my wallet but no information for my booking flight.

I booked my ticket for flight from Imphal to Kolkata on 24/1/2017 through make my trip and payment was done through sbi buddy wallet.Make my trip merchant had deducted Rs.4325 from my wallet through TID [protected] at 5.58 p.m.But Im getting no information regarding the booking.I dont know what to do tommorrow is my journey.please help me through email [protected]@gmail.com.

Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that customer’s flight did not get confirm on 24-Jan-17 but, an amount of Inr 4323/- has been charged from customer’s State bank wallet account. Also, please be advised that on 26-Jan-17 full refund has been initiated from our end on automation with a refund reference number# [protected]. The same should reflect in your account within 3-5 working days depending upon your bank processing cycle.
