MakeMyTrip India — Money Deducted without Authorization and Booking | |||
Below mentioned Transaction was not authorised by me and the money is deducted. I have enquired from the bank and the below receipt is attached for reference. I have tried calling the customer care team but no response or resolution has been given from a week. Please help me urgently as it is a big amount that got deducted and I am facing financial problems. Bank Has responded on the same day but no response from Make My Trip team on the resolution. On 9/10/2021 my 1st transaction is failed while flight booking from ahmedabad to pune flight amount 4375 and so i again try then it successfully booked amount is 4574. but as i see my passbook then both amount is debited on 10/10/2021 shows. kindly refund my amount 4375 which is transaction failed.
I have tried calling the customer care team but no response or resolution has been given from a week. Please help me urgently as it is a big amount that got deducted and I am facing financial problems.
