[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — No refund even after 2 weeks. | |||||
My name is Rohan Maskay. I had booked a round trip flight Bangalore-nagpur- Bangalore. Due to bad weather conditions Indigo airlines cancelled the flight from Nagpur to Bangalore, flight no. 6e498 on 29th December 1635 hrs, PNR I6BTRI. The airlines customer care cancelled the tickets and asked to coordinate with mmt. It's been 2 weeks. The people who booked from ibibo have already received the refund in 3 days even the bank is the same as mine. The customer care service for mmt is the worst and one cannot talk to an executive even after repeated attempts.
