Worst experience in online flight booking with makemytrip. This site is utterly unprofessional, irresponsible and is cheating the customers. I had booked a flight ticket for kolkata to hubli. It is one stop journey. First trip is from kolkata to chennai with spicejet and second trip is from chennai to hubli with indigo airlines. Spicejet has cancelled the flight and offering me refund for trip of kolkata to chennai whereas there is no change in trip from chennai to hubli. I contacted with makemytrip for help but they simply denied any responsibility and asked me to bear the losses. My booking id is nf[protected]. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

MakeMyTrip, the flight was not cancelled in last minute. It was cancelled 2 weeks before the scheduled boarding date. I raised the complaint on 5 th April but your team didn't help me even after 21st April. Don't make excuses. You are the worst online booking service provider and your company is cheating the customers. Because of your site I had bear huge even though I had paid full amount.
