[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Non payment of flight cancellation | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked three flight tickets from Jabalpur [MP ] to Mumbai dated 18th Feb-2017. I had cancelled all three flight tickets due to unavoidable issue. Regarding cancellation i informed Spicejet about a month in advance & on your helpline eight days on [10th Feb] prior to 18th Feb-2017. Your helpline person tolled me that Rs-7042/ is the refund amount but further Rs 900 & Rs-675 will be deducted & final refund of Rs-5467[Five thousand four hundred sixty seven] will be credited directly to my bank account in six working days. So by 20th Feb my refund amount should have been credited. But till date it is not credited to my bank account. I am highly disappointed with your service & commitment.
