MakeMyTrip India — Non receipt of refund amount for booking ID NF[protected].

Dear Sir,

Subject booking was cancelled due to Covid lock down. Cancellation amount of Rs.5562/-was credited to my vallet with MMT. Since I was in urgent need of money, I had requested for refund of this amount to my credit card. But now this amount is neither available in my vallet with MMT nor credited to my credit card account.

I have taken up this matter with ICICI bank and they told such refund is not yet received.

Hence request to arrange for refund of this amount immediately. I have been following up with MMT for last 2 months.

Please revert / do the needful.
