[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — non refund of excess udf charges | |||
I had booked my ticket to new-delhi in air-vistara in the month of april, 2017 for the journey on 17-08=2017 and return on[protected] through makemytrip.com. Subsequent to my booking, the dgca reduced the udf charges and asked the airlines to refund the excess amount charged. I contacted the ott and received the reply that i can claim the amount after completing the journey. I claimed the excess udf charges on[protected]. Till date, i have not received the same. On repeated enquiry with them, the reply is it is under process without any further follow-up action from their side. Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked my ticket from cstm to tandur.i booked ticket on 13 oct 2017. but it is cancelled because of wrong irctc username...?? My reference no is NR[protected].when i get refund???
