[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Online Transaction Double Credit | |||
Booking ID- NF[protected] dated- 21/11/2020. Amount of booking is Rs 21747/- but paid Rs 43494/- through Billdesk and Payu. The transaction through Payu was failed but later on settled. On enquired with Billdesk and Payu they informed both transaction settled with Makemytrip. After 9 days passed but till date excess amount of Rs 21747/- not returned in my account. Dec 4, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Company did not contacted either through mail or phone but returned the amount in account. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Ref ID- IGAJVKRDH7 OR IGAJVKRKC5 booking dated- 13/11/2020 at 9.08 or 9.11 pm. Amount of booking is Rs 13924/- but paid Rs 27848/- through Billdesk and net banking. The transaction through net banking was failed but later on settled. On enquired with Billdesk and net banking they informed both transaction settled with Makemytrip. After 9 days passed but till date excess amount of Rs 13924/- not returned in my account.
