Subject: Refund issue from Make My Trip

Dear Sir,

Please note that My booking Id is NF[protected]. As per attached credit notes provided by both Airlines, they confirmed that they have been approved to refund the also marked to Make my trip for refund the money.

Booking PNR Details as follows.

GoAir PNR No - I7P4GZ (Delhi to Bangalore) Refund amount Rs. 2745

Vistara PNR No - OGUCGV (Bangalore to Delhi) Refund amount Rs. 3623

Please note that Make my trip app shows the Refund status for amount Rs. 3623 and given a UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number[protected]. Make my trip app shows Refund successfully on dated 25.01.2021. But till date I have not received any amount from Make my trip.

Please note that Make my trips customer care contact number not working last 6 months.
May we request you kindly arrange to refund the amount as early as possible.
