Hi,

My name is Trapti Agarwal and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. I am the registered member of makemytrip.com, though never did any bookings via makemytrip.com till date. I am also, the registered member and user of Goibibo.com and must say have better experienced any issue using Goibibo.com till date. But then since I was having 555rs as wallet balance in my account, I thought of doing my flight tickets (Domestic) from makemytrip website. I also have makemytrip app downloaded on my mobile and the email address given for it is same as mentioned above. I could see that makemytrip runs referral bonus (1500 Rs. is earned by the one who refers to download the app and sign up (new user) and 2000 rs is earned by to whom it is referred to download the app and sign up (unregistered mobile no. and email address - new user). I shared the link to two of my friends - [protected]@allana.com ( Kuldeep Chaudhary) and Vansh Gupta ([protected]@gmail.com) and have not received 3000 Rs. as referral bonus ( 1500 Rs. each). Please look into this asap and credit my account with the name TRAPTI AGARWAL ([protected]@gmail.com) with 3000 Rs. as referral bonus asap.

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concern team and according to their revert, user [protected]@gmail.com has installed the app without using referral code (app install amount rewarded to friend) and second friend has not yet done OTP verification. That is the reason the amount was not credited into your account. We hope your doubt is clarified now. Thank you for writing to us.
