MakeMyTrip India — Refund amount not received from makemytrip rs5543, flight cancelled by airline

I have not yet received refund for the Booking ID - NF[protected], flight cancelled due covid by airline itself

my flight from chandigarh to banglore via mumbai .on 31jan2021 is cancelled by airline indigo
...
now refund amount 6720 thy refunded to makemytrip...

.but still make my trip company not refunded back to me promise date was 14 dec 2020

plz solve this issue
