[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund for failed booking | |||
I booked hotel room from make my trip app on 5 april, 2018. The booking was cancelled from make my trip side and the amount was deducted from my account. I used sbi atm card for this purchase. This happened with my two booking consecutively on same date. The two booking make my trip id's are nh[protected] and nh[protected] with amount deduction of rs. 2421 and rs. 5511 respectively from sbi bank. I have contacted make my trip plenty of times and they say they have processed the refund from their end on 10 april, 2018 for both failed booking id's. They shared arn -74678448101000000000000 and asked me to contact bank customer care for tracing these amounts as this number is generated when bank receives the payment as acknowledgement but the amount has still not credited into my account no. - [protected]. But the bank is saying they are unable to trace the transaction from this number as this number is generated at the central level of sbi bank. Sbi bank customer care says they need a utr no. (For neft or rtgs) with which the refund was processed from mmt side, but the mmt is denying in providing me that no. Both make my trip and sbi bank people are harassing me and it has been nearly 25 days since i have started complaining and every time mmt customer just says to wait for 48 hrs to get the payment. I request you to take strict action against them and help me get my refund back. I am sharing my communications with make my trip stating they have processed refund. I am also sharing my bank statement from which the amount was deducted check date 5 april, 2018 till and did not receive my refund. Please help me in this case. I am working person i cant just keep on wasting time on this issue by going to bank again and again and contacting mmt customer care and explaining my issue again to different customer care executives as every time there is different person on the call. I have booked flight reference number is ucyyfp which is cancelled by indigo on 4 April 2018 indigo refund money on dated 9 April 2018 to makemytrip. but till now I didn't getting any refund amount . I request you to makemytrip please refund my cancelled ticket amount from Hyderabad to raipur.
