Verified Support Feb 11, 2017 MakeMyTrip India Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Sharma, Greetings from MakeMyTrip!!! We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Further, in reference to your complaint on forum and as per our discussion, we have validated your case and found that on 28-Dec-16 customer has tried making a Rail booking through our website and the same was failed. But, the amount of Inr 1109/- was charged from customer’s account. Please be advised that the full refund of Inr 1109/- has already been processed from our end on the same day of transaction. The same should now be reflecting in your account. Please find below the refund details. Request you to please first check your bank statement and if refund not credited then contact your Bank’s ATM cell and raise your dispute with them.
