I booked 3 tickets from chennai ms to ncj [train no. 12633 ] doj.[protected] on the internet, but the transaction failed due to the system fault at the irctc website. But the amount of rs. 1253/- was debited from my canara bank account. The transaction id is mentioned in bank pass book is 0203724,[protected], 21.22.37
Please consider my case and credit the amount in my account
