G. Subramonia pillai, nagercoil I booked 3 tickets from chennai ms to ncj [train no. 12633 ] doj.[protected] on the internet, but the transaction failed due to the system fault at the irctc website. But the amount of rs. 1253/- was debited from my canara bank account.
