I booked Air Asia flight No I5-729 with Booking ID: NF[protected] from Pune to Delhi having PNR No-H5WLFN which was departed on 23 March 2020 and due to Pandemic COVID-19, I cancelled on 22 March 2020 at 21.52 hrs. I raised refund request and also I mailed to make my trip team but they still did not give any response and without any information or any resolution my refund request was closed.
