Right now no plan for upcoming trip.
Also who will go with mmtp, the worst service provider.
Why i should suffer for yr. Default. Pl. Get it done immediately otherwise i will be forced to take up this matter with your managing director.
The question is not of money. It is a matter of extremely poor & disgusting service.

As discussed with you on 17.1.2017 that by mistake yr. Office booked our 3 tickets in "lite"instead of normal. The indigo counter asked us to pay rs.600/- (Rs.200/-per head) for 15kg. Weight-baggage per person.
You have confirmed us that you have initiated refund of money paid by us accordingly.
Pl. Inform us by when we will get.

In case you have hand baggage only (As per stipulated norms), you can proceed to security check with this boarding pass (No need to get it stamped at the indigo check-in counters). We recommend that you arrive at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure of your flight. Our check-in counters close 45 minutes and boarding gates close 25 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

In case you have checked-in baggage, you can go to the baggage drop counters in delhi, mumbai, bangalore, chennai, hyderabad, kolkata, kochi, ahmedabad and pune.in other cities, you need to go to the regular check-in queue to deposit your baggage.
