Please have your photo identification checked by airport security and indigo staff at the security and boarding gates respectively. In case you have hand baggage only (As per stipulated norms), you can proceed to security check with this boarding pass (No need to get it stamped at the indigo check-in counters). We recommend that you arrive at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure of your flight. Our check-in counters close 45 minutes and boarding gates close 25 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. In case you have checked-in baggage, you can go to the baggage drop counters in delhi, mumbai, bangalore, chennai, hyderabad, kolkata, kochi, ahmedabad and pune.in other cities, you need to go to the regular check-in queue to deposit your baggage. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, In reference to your complaint regarding the wrong fare booked for you instead of check-in baggage the seller booked the LITE fare which was hand baggage fare. As per our telephonic conversation, we as a company sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. Also we would like to inform you that we have initiated the refund of INR 600/-. Within 3-4 working days, depending upon your bank's processing cycle the refund will get reflect in your bank's account. Kindly do let us know once the refund received by you.
