[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — unable to get invoice even after continuous requests and follow-ups-wrong commitments | |||
Hi Team, I have requested makemytrip invoice dept to issue me my invoice of Rs. 12031 for flight from Delhi to Hyderabad dated 23rd Nov 2018. I made this request on 22nd Nov 2018 and it was supposed to get accomplished latest by 24th Nov 2018. However, it has not happened. Further, even after continuous requests on customer care and follow-ups, I did not receive the invoice yet. Wrong commitment has given many times about the timelines for me to wait. Even after the completion of timeline, I am unable to see my invoice on my email id. I request authority to look into this matter urgently and kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. the correctly issued air ticket of IATA agency must have all particulars of the internationally recognised invoice / receipt .
Your do not need and it is useless to request invoice more than 1-2 times from the same service provider.
The claim along with the circumstances of the refusal of the service can be submitted to one of the offices:-
- income tax departemnt of the finance ministry, India
- local police in your city for FIR, if there are signs of fraud
- directly to the nearest court.
Add written with evidences (ticket, refusal to issue the invoice).
