[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — wrong application of cancellation charge when indigo cancelled the flight - mmt bkg ref nn[protected], pnr-ci412j.

Ref - indigo flight cancellation as well as refund advise recd from mmt is given below.

I had booked this trip vide nn[protected] on 1st mar'20 and modified my return from 22/3 to 21/3 by paying diff of rs 3352 thru mmt

Due to coronavirus, indigo canceled the flight as per communication from indigo and i filed a refund claim on 18/3 post receipt of below mail. Instead of getting a full refund, i got rs 2028 as agst rs 10651

This needs to be looked at and a balance refund to be released.
