I had placed an order at your online store. Order #[protected].
It is still pending to be dispatched and one of your representative called said it's going to take 15 days to get it to ship and further time is needed to get it delivered, before i could say anything he hung up the phone.
This timeline is too long for me as i am planning to gift it to someone. Can you please guide me on how to proceed? If it's possible i would like to cancel my order and get a refund so that i can buy elsewhere or from one of your local stores. Please note that i am cancelling only because of inefficiency at your end. What are the details if i was to cancel and when will i get the full refund?
I had placed via online only because of convience and this has now become a massive inconvenience. Please help to resolve this issue. I tried calling your number and it's not connecting. I have also mailed you multiple times.
Why are you not replying?
I have been trying to reach you on both phone and email.
This is really bad customer service for such a reputed brand.
Please do the needful to resolve the issue.
