I have purchased mangalsutra on 12 jun 19 and on same day i have paid advance for purchase of necklace. But, on same day at my house i have detected that one black bead is missing in mangalsutra. I have visited malabar at pheonix mall, pune and purchased necklace amounting to rs 1, 32, 563 vide invoice no. Pmpgs0002473 dated 14/06/19 and during that i have returned the defective mangalsutra. Again i have visited for collection on 24/06/19 but it was not rectified correctly and they removed the total piece of one line where black bead is missing which looks imbalance of chain and i have not accepted it and demanded for refund of my money. The showroom people refused to pay the money back and issued credit note pmpga0000068 dated 24/06/19 eventhough i tried to convince them that "what is my fault for defective item" and also the defect is not rectified professionally even though i have purchased the necklace costing to rs 1, 32, 563 in the same week. I request you to kindly refund the amount which i have not used at once and it really hurting me.
