Malabar Gold & Diamonds — Refund on gold gain scheme

I joined 'golden gain' scheme on 01/06/2019 at rajajinagar branch, bangalore. As per the scheme the maturity date was 01/06/2020.

Due to this current situation, i was unable to visit and purchase at the store. Currently i am not in bangalore and i will stay in native until next year i. E., jan 2021.

I spoke to the store manager regarding the same and he is claiming that the amount can't be refunded to the bank account and i can't send my close relatives to purchase the gold as well.

As you are aware of that the gold prices are raising day by day. And i can't keep my money for a longer time with you, without any interest. Ideally from june 2020 to jan 2021 i. E., for 8 months my money is idle with you, as i am not getting any interest or gold either.
